Dodgy and very expensive. Criminal owner adds 10% gst surcharge on top of the high price tag. Avoid this place and go elsewhere. Much better sellers out there.

Huge range of crystals, raw specimens, balls, carved figures and jewellery. No natural citrine, it was all heat treated amethyst. That said, they have fantastic amethyst and some spectacular chevron amethyst.

Quite a bit of raw hematite specimens.

Lots of options for "spirit" quartz and other heat treated or dyed crystal and agate.

Had quite a bit of more unusual stones like Dalmatian jasper and mookaite.

Gorgeous points and generator prisms and pyramids in pretty much every stone in stock.

Great range of crystals at good prices. Staff are always lovely. I love visiting Auscrystals

Appalling customer service.
I tried to purchase an item via Instagram DM from a live show and was initially answered once before then being left on read several times and then finally was completely ignored.
This was over a week period.
I even called the store to check on the item and status of my enquiry and was being told someone would be in touch.and nothing.

I was a return customer and going forward, I won't be purchasing again from Aus Crystals.

Wasted my time and proved really disapointing.

I have since purchased elsewhere!

Massive selection. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that are always helpful. Wholesale and retail are available. Spend a little or spend a lot.

Bought 3 bracelets and 2 broke. Took a few emails to get in contact with business but they refunded when requested by phone. Good service in the end.

I had an issue with a ring and after some back and for the company was able to provide me a refund. I have purchased many times for my own business and love the quality and service.

Such a beautiful place to visit, always wanted to come here as all of my purchases are online, well worth the drive. I definitely want to come back again soon!

I went with a friend and we got great service. We spied a crystal we later decided to come back and buy - we called up and they were more than happy to hold it for us until we could make it back later that day. Some really beautiful, high quality pieces here, too.

Good selection of crystals and other items. Great place to pick up something for yourself or as a gift. Why not both!

Its a nice place but most things are overpriced.for example there was a 3cm rose quartz tower for $34 and at other places theyre like $5-7.

Sent me a damaged item, then ignored my email and my PayPal dispute until I escalated it. Now I have to pay to send it back to them. Absolutely would not recommend.

I have never been here before but my friend had and they said they enjoyed it. 100% reccomend, definetly going to come here some day! Thank you for great service they said ️️

What a awesome shop so many gem stones to see, a big variety of precious stones and the prices were quite reasonable.

This used to be my go-to for crystals.

The staff are friendly and helpful, however
my visit was very disappointing. At home we opened our package and realised the price stickers were conveniently placed down over dents and imperfections (damage - not natural gemstone imperfections) in three of our Crystal purchases.

Just discovered AusCrystals this year.
Beautiful bunch, great customer service and very helpful.
My 2 year old was crying because she wanted the basket at the checkout. One of the gentlemen gave her a crystal free of charge, and bubs calmed down instantly.
Thank you to the workers for their compassionate nature.
I highly recommend this place, great vibes
