I have been a customer of Aurum Designer Jewellers for many years and must say that Joseph never fails to impress me with his professionalism and craftsmanship. His work is simply superb! A few days ago I picked up a ring for my wife which Joe manufactured for her. Prior to starting, he conducted extensive consultations with my wife. My lady is very fussy and often hard to please.however, when she opened the box and saw the ring, her jaw dropped! She was over the moon with happiness! All of the work which Joe has carried out over the years never failed to please. My wife has also purchased many items of jewellery ready made from this shop and is very happy with everything she acquired. Joe is my 'go to' jeweller for all my needs! He fixes our watches, does brilliant repairs and advises us in all matters concerning any of our jewellery. I cannot recommend Joseph highly enough.

We had our wedding bands made and they were done beautifully. Aurum Designer Jewellers involved us in every stage of the process to make sure we were happy. We couldn't be happier with the service and the way the wedding bands turned out! It was exactly what we wanted.

We ordered a hand made ancient Roman wedding band. The finished product was excellent and so was the service. Highly recommend this jeweller.

My expensive Swiss watch was recently damaged by a chain outlet that I will leave un-named. I was heartbroken by the thought that my watch was unrepairable. I took my watch to Aurum Jewellers to discuss the damage and repair. Joseph at Aurum was a true professional. My watch was repaired back to its full capacity within a short period of time and I'm a very happy customer! I highly recommend Aurum Jewellers. Honest and efficient service.

Have had 2 rings resized here, both times the rings have come out perfect and clean. Good general advice too.

I purchased a gold chain from Aurum Jewellers while visiting Melb. A couple months later the chain snapped - I live on the far north coast of NSW so I had it repaired by a local jeweler. It snapped 2 more times thereafter even though I was careful with it so I decided to contact Aurum Jewellers explaining the situation of a possible faulty chain. I honestly expected to be told ‘bad luck’ but to my surprise they suggested to send it to them so I did and they replaced it with another lovely chain because it was indeed faulty and couldn’t get in touch with the supplier. Joseph was very conscientious and thoughtful. It all happened during the pandemic too. I always like to support local businesses and I highly recommend Aurum Jewellers.

Rude. Do not go here unless you want to be abused and threatened by a middle aged man and his father (director). Director wouldn’t return my necklace until I ‘apologised’ to his son/worker/grown man. Absolute power trip pigs with no customer service skills at all. Can’t believe they are still open in this day and age.

I recently had my wedding/engagement rings resized and a minor repair to a very aging gold chain and I could not be happier with the results and service I have received from Joseph and Aurum. My jewelry is positively sparkling!

I just had a wonderful shopping experience with Joseph. He was very patient and knowledgeable and helped me pick out a stunning necklace. Nothing was too much trouble and even when I didn't have my glasses, he leant me his magnifying glass so I can see the jewellery pieces properly. Joseph also gave me a great price - so I walked out of there wearing my new necklace with a big smile on my face. Thank you, highly recommend!

Could not recommend Aurum more highly for custom jewellery making. I took in an old broken gold necklace and some photos off pinterest and Joseph melted it down and turned it into a beautiful mini dog-tag style necklace for me, for a really reasonable price. I was so impressed I had an old 80s ring of my mum's transformed into an amazing new design. I just took in some images off pinterest and Joseph was super helpful and creative and would tell me what would work better and be cheaper for me. I just picked up the ring and it is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen! I love it so much I've already got him on to another project! Highly highly recommend!

My omega automatic watch stopped working, luckily I took my to Aurum Jewellers. Joseph & Lorenzo assessed the problem and gave me a thorough explanation of the parts needed to be replaced and fixed.

I left my watch with them and when i came to pick it up it was like brand new! They also buffed my watch glass free of charge.

It was clear they had many years of experience in the industry because of the time and care they put into fixing my watch.

Highly recommend to anyone in need of any watch and jewellery items and services.

Since visiting the Nova Cinema 5 years ago, I found my favourite jeweller of all time. Much of the jewellery is designed and crafted by the jeweller in residence and it is exquisite. Not only is the shop a feast for the eyes and a joy to behold, the staff and the jeweller himself are as beautiful as the products they sell.

Rude and unprofessional staff. Everyone in the store was condescending and my watch was scratched after repair. They did not offer compensation 1/10 do not recommend

Horrible customer service and support.
My watch battery was faulty and we took it to Aurum for repair. Upon return, the face of the watch is slightly scratched (not the glass but the face itself), so we sent a polite message seeking assistance from Aurum. Could not believe this was thep response we received:

"Good morning also, your watch was tampered with by yourself who tried to replace a battery pushed all the hands out distorted dial and now you assume I scratched your watch please don’t insult my intelligence, I fix watches unlike people like you who stuff them up! "

Absolutely horrible way to respond to a paying customer who is seeking help. Shame on you, we will not return and encourage others to seek services elsewhere.
