I'm a happy Aurarum customer because of their exceptional filament selection. The colours are vibrant, and the materials are top-quality.

I'm into cosplay, and I needed a filament that could give me intricate details for my costume pieces. Aurarum's PPLA (Plus) filament exceeded my expectations with its smooth prints.

I decided to purchase Aurarum's Nylon (PA) filament because I needed a material that could withstand high temperatures for my automotive prototypes. This filament performed exceptionally well and held up perfectly to the heat.

I opted for Aurarum's engineering plastics for a complex project, and they delivered superb results. Sturdy and reliable.

Aurarum has been a go-to store for my growing business. I'm very impressed with because of the quality of their filament, especially the ABS, is on par with the best. I've had minimal spills on dual-color prints, which speaks volumes about their product. The delivery is fast and informative, and the fact that it's Australian-made is a big plus. I'll definitely be a returning customer.

Don't buy from this company! An embarrassment to Australia! Ordered a roll of PETG and it literally had water droplets in the bag and have dried the filament for over a week straight and it still continues to have visible water droplets deep within the roll (see through sides of the spool).
Put a support ticket (34001) in on the 8/8/23 and they still haven't reached out to me 21/8/23. Customer service is pretty much non existent.

Local perth 3d printers group pretty much all had the same opinion on this company. Do not buy!

Very Impressed. The quality of the filiament (ABS at least) is up there with the best (minimal spill on dual colour prints). Fast and informative delivery and Australian made.

Easily the worst filament I have ever used have not been able to complete 1 print without it jamming. Switched back and forth between other branded filaments and they worked fine. Save your money

If you’ve got questions, don’t get overwhelmed from the internets wealth of knowledge. Get a rough idea and then come see these guys. A little bit of information to head in there and then they will set you straight and get you up and running. Highly recommend! Thanks for today!

I have dealt with Aurarum many times over the years with little to no issues.

Unfortunately, it has appeared that has changed. Purchased a new 3D Printer from them that arrived with noticeable damage to the gantry arms, bent z axis extrusion, chipped glass plate. Contacted support they offered replace the gantry mounting plate an nothing else, when informed that all damage pieces should be repaired stopped responding.

Absolutely appalling service from a company I held in high regard.

Good service, very helpful when asking for advice on which filament and printer suits my needs best and a good range. PETG filament prints really well with generic settings and after a bit of tinkering with my settings the ASA filament also produces some really nice results.

Really good filament - would highly recommend but the accessories could do with a bit of work.

Preface - I'm looking to upgrade my Ender 3 V2 with an all metal hotend, searching for 'Ender all metal hotend australia' landed me on the Aurarum website. Checked the product page and it mentioned that it includes '1x 24V 40W all metal hotend kit' and 1x silicone case'
Sounds like it fits the bill perfectly - the photos werent overly clear and I understand sometimes suppliers can be vague so took the gamble.

Upon receiving the hotend I took the coupling off the hotend to inspect the heat break and was unfortunately met with PTFE.
No worries, I'll see if a return is possible, and ask for some guidance as to whether an all metal kit is available.

The response was quite short and not helpful in my efforts of finding one that would suit - I've since replied on the request number 27440 a couple of times with no response yet.

I'd be more than happy to change the number of stars, but would like to give some feedback:
An avenue for more technical related questions about products - the 3D printing hobby can be tough on beginners and even a gamble at best for some products (related to the hobby in general not Aurarum directly)
A returns policy and other business related section of the website

(as of 25/05 the listing still mentions that they are all metal hotends)

I'd love to be able to shop all things 3D printing with Aurarum and other local Aussie distributors.

We now have 6x CR6-SE Printers and 3x Ender 3 V2 Printers purchased from Aurarum. Staff a very helpful and shipping is quick.

The main filament we use is Aurarum PETG 1.75mm. This is a fantastic filament for a really great price. Finish on printed parts is excellent.

They stock a good range of spare parts for the printers they sell.

It's awesome to be able to buy this equipment and filament from an Australian company.

Ive been buying Filament and Resin from Aurarum for a few years now, they are easy to deal with, communicative and helpful. Their Australian made ABS Filament is my default for all my manufactured products, its easy to use and always gives great results. Support local!

I called Aurarum to get some help with my 3d printer selection. The person on the phone suggested something that I wasn’t looking at and which was cheaper than the budget that I told him. After reading the info on their website about the printer, I bought it. I then called to ask if there was anything else that I should buy for it and he only suggested some filament… he didn’t try to sell me stuff that I didn’t need.

Super impressed with the service, knowledge and product here! They’ve been incredible to deal with, if you need anything to do with your 3D printer or great filament in a huge range of colours, this is the place to go! Couldn’t recommend them more highly! Never would I go anywhere else! Thanks for everything guys!
