Visited Aumann's Eltham today for the first time. I have usually gone to the Templestowe store.
From my first phone call to arrange call and collect I was most pleased by the service I received. Ryan, who took my call, was most impressive with friendliness, product knowledge etc. Upon arrival I was greeted with a friendly smile then my order was passed on a young lady that again showed the things I was impressed with by Ryan, were also aspects of the transaction carried out by her.
There is no doubt I will from this point on purchasing my garden supplies from Aumann's Eltham. This is by no means meant as a reflection on Templestowe as I have also been subject to excellent service there as well. It is just that Eltham is a lot closer to my home.

I always love buying from these guys. Friendly, got what you need, drivers/delivery guys are spot-on dropping bark, sand, aggy where you need it. I've dealt with Eltham and South Morang always have a great experience.

Well organised garden supplies business. Picked up a 1/2 metre of crusher dust with ease. Paid loaded and on my way again in 5 minutes. Staff friendly and helpful.

Built a small out door kitchen/BBQ job in Eltham.guys where very accommodating to my small needs.

Ordered mix marble pebbles. Got it delivered muddy and much bigger pieces than should be. My client was not happy and there was nothing I could do about it since it's already been dumped on driveway

Have been to Aumann's Eltham many times. Prices have generally been competitive, and service relaxed and helpful. The delivery driver went to great lengths to ensure the mulch and gravel was placed in the right spot on a difficult slope involving much maneuvering.

Every time it rains, I find disgusting trash (bits of broken plastic of all colours, mesh, all sorts of broken rubbish) coming out of their moisture mulch. If I wanted to have that on my front yard I would have spread my own bin all over. I have come in to complain and never heard back. I will definitely not go there again.

Great place to get all of your landscaping needs. Good prices pre sq meters and fair delivery. They also offer a free trailer rental service.

Great place for picking up or ordering soil, sand rocks or mulch. Also offers free slushy drinks!
