Tried to get something from the Deli and two staff looked and had zero interest in serving another lady came from the back and finally served me

We bought some fresh fruits, vege, eggs, bread, Sicilian sausage and cheese. Wonderful surprise on the way back from a walk in Warrandyte.

Really good organic full cream milk. A good variety of fresh bread. The cafe is good too and a great view while drinking coffee

A beautiful wholefoods market - fresh fruit, breads, and a fantastic deli. There is also a lovely cafe attached where you can sit, enjoy a coffee, and soak in the beautiful views.

My wife and I last went here years ago, when it wasn't that great, but now it is really good. Clean, bright, large, loads of fresh produce, coffee, friendly team members. Will definitely be going again.

Such a find pricey but the treasures you'll only find here are products of small organic farmers who have such delicious produce.

The quality and variety of the products at Aumann's is great but overpriced. Some staff are friendly but most seem disgruntled (lol) and there have been many occasions where the groceries have been miscalculated and I've had to go back and ask for it to be rectified. C'mon, it's not that hard to differentiate the different types of apples. T e 15 year old kids at Coles and Woolies seem to have no issues.

The cafe next door is OK - staff are also very rude. I witnessed staff bring a customer the wrong salad and when she called it to their attention staff treated her like garbage and told her she'd have to get a new (correct) one but that she'd have to pay for both as the original salad could no longer be sold (even though she didn't touch it). Ok, i get the health & safety aspect of this but it's not reason to treat a customer like trash. There are better ways to handle this. I always see a 'positions vacant' sign in the cafe too, so.

The food portions or OK but overpriced (as expected). Inexplicably, if you want to eat in the outside area (with benches and tables), they can't put it on plates but instead package everything up. I'd be happy to bus the plates and cutlery back to the cafe myself but have been told they can't do this. Furthermore, the food packaging from the cafe is mostly all 'eco' but there are no recycle bins (only a landfill one) so that defeats the purpose.

Hmmmm.the shop is great but I need a bigger paycheck to shop there.and the cafe is OK and it's the staff that need improvement all round lol.
