Good ice cream but it was my sister bday and these two girls dropped her icecream and didn't even say sorry. Then they didn't even say hello.we even mentiones =d they blamed people for not coming.

Called in on hot day Monday 4th Dec. Delicious ice cream, a myriad of flavours. Most impressive though staff member, I think she said Aneesha. Working alone, superb customer service, never stopped. We ate our ice creams in the shop and even when there was a lull in customers she worked like a Trojan. This girl is a keeper.

Nothing is so special with the taste and the quality has changed compared to last year. Staff aren’t friendly nor professional

As a celiac I was only expecting to have the regular chocolate & vanilla options be available for me, however the girl working was very accomodating and told me all the options that were safe for me to eat. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Augustus Gelato is a delightful treat for the senses! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a charming ambiance and friendly staff. The gelato selection was simply divine, offering a variety of unique and classic flavors. I couldn't resist trying the Pistachio and Salted Caramel, and they were both out of this world! The texture was creamy and smooth, and the taste was rich and authentic. The portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable for the quality. I also appreciated the option to sample flavors before making my choice. Augustus Gelato has definitely become my go-to place for indulging in delicious frozen delights. Highly recommended!

I usually get the pistachio flavour here as I find the others a bit too sweet! Prompt and helpful service here with the employee who usually takes my order!

Was about to order and the young girl yawned in my face. The two girls were leaning on the counter and just chatting. Decided to not get anything with that service. Such a shame that a nice gelato shop has this disgraceful service.

Smallest two scoops I’ve ever had. My child’s single scoop was the same size as my double scoop. Employees talking horribly about their manager and boss. They were swearing loudly I had to go and eat my ice cream somewhere else. Very disappointed and won’t come here again.

Fantastic ice cream and amazing quality. Those people sooking about bad customer service, just get your freaking ice cream and go. They're not there to be your friend's.

The girls were very friendly to me and the icecream was of high quality with amazing creaminess and bite.

Great ice cream selection but every time I go to Werribee the serving size is terrible compared to Caroline springs or pt cook.
2 scoops in a cup looks like 1 scoop. Not great for $8.

Nice ice cream but someone needs to make sure the shop is clean. Sticky floor and smelled not too good at the doorway on a hot day.

Been to the Yarraville location previously so thought I'd try the Werribee location. So many flavours to choose from and so delicious!

I buy ice cream nearly every day as i works closer to this place and i purchase 4 or 5 ice cream the other girls are lovely and wonderful but i went on Wednesday at around 7: 30 pm i think and they were busy there were two people in-front of me the tall girl latterly skipped me twice she’d ask who next i’d say hey and she will go to another customer which i felt really bad and then the young girl i was telling her my order she was really rude with me and i told her i wanted to scan my card thing she literally told me we are busy the ice creams are the best one but the service that i received made me hate the place and never come back

Very busy but great service lots of unique and delicious flavours.would highly recommend and great value for money

Great gelato but customer service received from Ebeny makes me not want to be a returning customer (Werribee branch).

First time trying Augustus. Setup was cool and gelato was very tasty. Cant wait to go back again

Staff were friendly and the dark chocolate sorbet was amazing! Come on down and support small business!

V & I love trying out icecream, i would say Augustus is in the top 3 for me.

The staff are nice, the icecream is great, the venue is spirited and they are open till late so you can always get a sneaky icecream date

If you are into icecream I'd come here instead of Hard Rock.
