Ice cream is delicious place is perfect but for people with allergies be careful I got the green apple and it had chocolate smears throughout it so I’d appreciate if you washed the spoons better in between. My mum had the passion fruit and found red in hers but besides that we love it.

The girl with the tattoos and black hair was so kind and bubbly and really helpful with all the flavours, she let us taste some and suggested the best ones, really knew her stuff, good music too, will definitely be coming back!

Such amazing icecream. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Staff are always very friendly. Can be very busy in Summer, but so worth the wait. Only flavour I wish the had was Licorice

They keep sending me emails saying they have "$4 single scoops" at the moment, between 3 and 6, with 'scoops' being in plural. When you get there, it's only for one scoop, and the rest are the usual price. I didn't know this, and took my youngest 2 for an ice cream. They said only one child's ice cream would be $4 and mine and my other daughter's the usual price. The staff member agreed with me that it was misleading.
It's tricking people to come in, during colder months, and is very misleading. Not impressed!

The best in the area plan to have a bit of a wait to get in on the weekend. Quick to serve though so no problem.

Good ice cream but on this occasion I was waiting in line and the guy behind the counter decided to serve the people that came in after me. Won't spend my money where it's not wanted.

Great for dessert on a hot night in house seating available. Big choice of flavors Milk shakes available too.

Delicious gelato and shakes. Pricing is about on par for fancy gelato so can't complain. I tried Raspberry White Chocolate Cheesecake and Butterscoff (biscoff butterscotch combo) and oh it was fantastic.

Amazing ice cream and a huge selection too. If I lived next door I would eat it everyday and never get sick of it!

My one bit of advice for the parlour would be to get a better cooling system though. We visited on a 36 degree day and it was the same temperature in the store as it was outside, not ideal when you’re trying to escape the heat.

The ice creams are great and very generous in size. You will be waiting for a long time to get it though.

What an excellent selection for those who require dietary specifics (dairy free)! The incredibly helpful staff (Ryan & Maylen/Marla, I'm sorry I forgot her name! Please help me correct this mistake) were very generous with their time with us while still juggling at least 4 deep waiting line of customers. The spacious inside and outside areas always allowed freedom of movement. Staff that are personable while also extremely knowledgeable of flavour combinations and dietary requirements make this location and business a standout. Clearly the customers there today had returned multiple times which is a fantastic sign.

They have a great range of ice-creams and sorbets. The Peanut Butter Choc Chip Cookie Dough ice-cream that I had today was amazing! There were so many large chunks of cookie dough. The slight saltiness of the peanut butter complimented the sweetness of the ice-cream really well. The scoop sizes were pretty big as well. They make nice milkshakes here too.

Wonderful ranges of flavours; customer service is very good; No air conditioning sadly staff and customers fry in hot days

We love coming here, and have been supporting since your opening. And props to remaining open during this trying time. Although we had an unfortunate experience tonight. We arrived 10 minutes before closing and it was clear they were ready to pack up. The staff were obviously unhappy about our arrival and continued to pack up the ice cream as we were deciding on the remaining flavours. They were not polite to us and we left feeling uncomfortable and intimidated for visiting in the first place. Hopefully this was a one off, as I said we do love coming here usually.

I love this place! The icecream flavours are all amazing and are decently priced. Once you walk in you feel like a kid in a fairy tale, with all the icecream you could ever ask for

Awesome delicious ice cream with loads of wonderful flavours. Shop is a very nice cozy setting too and you can see the trains going past which the kids would love!
