As soon as I walked inside I got hit with bats and they throw me in fire and hit me more and freeze dried me.

Tried their vegan sticky date and dark chocolate.not gonna lie, they both were so good.

The salted caramel is my fave, the only good one in the area in my opinion, & the rewards app is definitely worth it if you're a local ;) only drawback is that the scoop sizes vary so much depending on the day/who's working. I don't mind if scoops are small in general, but theres a lack of consistency overall.never really felt the urge to review anywhere, but had an amazing interaction with worker Amelia S today, she was very kind and helpful. Best customer service there so far honestly (been many many times) and it definitely can vary.

Quick and fantastic service, the lady’s are funny and friendly.

Plenty of flavours to choose from. The unmissable icecream experience in northern Melbourne. The outdoor sitting arrangement also adds to the flavour.

I visited for the first time to purchase a gift certificate. Unfortunately the person that served me was extremely short and downright rude. I ended up getting some gelato to takeaway which was tasty, thus the two stars. Apart from that the experience was negative and as such I will not be spending my money here again.

Just letting people know the scoops are getting smaller for what you pay for, it's extremely shocking actually. I've been a customer since the beginning and It was never like this. I've tested out a few places and spent money numerous times to get to this conclusion. One scoop is extremely tiny. Many other ice cream places will give you a decent scoop. Don't think you can fool old customers for long.

I’m quite disappointed. We are there at least 2x a week with kids, but I noticed that the scoops are getting smaller and smaller. It’s a very good ice cream but $8 for a scoop is a bit pricey. You should give customers a proper size portions like they used to be.

A great range of flavours and they even cater for people with Coeliac Disease. A huge thumbs up.

Gelato was delicious as always, however the 2 boys behind the counter, god forbid I get in the way of their phone. I asked for someone to serve me only for one of them to look up at me, then down to his phone, nice. Funnily enough when his mates rocked up his customer service skills appeared and he was kind enough to give them free gelato. Usually service is alright but tonight I felt like I had walked into some sad 16th birthday which was selling gelato on the side.

The best gelato and so lucky to have this not far from where we live! So many flavours to choose from (Salted caramel, baileys and brownie, dark chocolate and mango sorbet are all amazing) great friendly service always!

Sad to see the people going out of their way to leave bad reviews on this gem of a place unnecessarily - especially in these times when small businesses need more support than ever!

Best gelato in the area. It has a good amount of variety of flavors, the scoop was very generous and the staff are so friendly and patient. I would recommend trying the snickers, espresso and the dark chocolate.

Very rude and racist workers. I came in on the 2/06/2021 6pm. I came in asked for a testing so I can make a choice. They bluntly said no is not allowed due to lockdown and gave zero explanation. The girl staff said I can buy one everyday to know the one I like. As a regular customer I was very disappointed and embarrassed. I left and they where like byee.

Pathetic customer service by lady who served. She act very arrogant. Last time was pleasant though. I hoped for same and drove all the way for this insult in-front of mates.

Very modern gelati shop! SO many flavours, scoops are massive. Delicious ice cream and gelati, also caters for some dietary requirements. Definitely recommend!
