Prices as expected for a place like this. Great range of flavours and place was clean. Staff need to be trained in use of the app.

The staff are usually terrific, but not today. The person who served me was one of the worst customer service people I have ever encountered in any store. She kept aggressively and repeatedly asking “what do you want? ” In quick succession and glaring at my son and I. The store was empty at the time and there was another server who seemed lovely. My 1L take home tub was slammed on the counter unwrapped and dirty. The tub wasn’t even full. When we asked to scan our membership code, she sighed loudly and rolled her eyes. When I asked if she could wrap it like they usually do, she slammed my tub on a piece of paper, slapped a piece of tape of in and just slammed it back on the counter. The tub wasn’t even wrapped on the sides.

Amazing ice-cream, very tasty and good portion sizes. Staff were friendly and happy to offer tastings.
Gluten-free options available, as well as other dietary requirement options.

No smile or greeting. Just rude attitude from the girl serving. She didn't want to be there. Ice cream was nice as always.

Beautiful tasty ice cream. We were so pleased to find it still open late on a Saturday evening as we were driving home. Definitely satisfied our ice cream cravings

My favourite ice cream, friendly, helpful and informative staff who are extra careful with my intolerances. They inform me every time that they can't be 100% certain cross contamination won't be a problem, but it's comforting to know they take special care to avoid it. I'm yet to have any reactions so far, which is wonderful and I'm so very grateful for that ️

Delicious and decadent as always, had the baileys choc brownie, was perfect. Partner had the Earl Grey and Yuzu special, it was a perfect balance of flavours. Never disappoints!

The ice cream was beautiful. Some great flavours and really reasonably priced for what you are getting.

Great space inside, wide selection of ice cream flavours for all those, even the picky. Can definitely get adventurous with it or keep it plain Jane.
They've also got a great outdoor seating area for those hot summer days.

Always the best. An amazing selection of icecreams and gelato! Always tasty. I espically love their mint choc chip icecream, one of the best I've ever tested.

I tried my 1st ice cream from Augustus yesterday in Geelong with my sister in law. I had the Snickers flavour. WOW! JUST WOW! Best ice cream I've ever had! And only $5.50 for 1 big scoop. So I took my mum to try one today in Waurn Ponds. She tried the Snickers and loved it. I then tried Peanut Butter Cookie Dough! Absolutely delicious Worth every scent and so many other flavours to try so I'll be returning A LOT to taste each one. If you haven't been there, make the trip with the kids or without as you'll be impressed.

The staff is excellent and offer you tastings of anything you see, the portions are very generous and the flavours are tremendous to taste.

Loved it hear and very friendly staff, the only thing I don't really like Is the cups they come in. They are so small, they stacked high and unfortunately when I got out of the car half the top of mine ended up falling off. But the rest was absolutely delicious! I recommend this place to everyone!

We arrived at 10: 15 but the doors are shut already not allowing customers to get in. Staff were cleaning up. The trade hours are supposed to be closing at 11pm tonight. I understand the odd hours for staff on 2 Jan. The management should inform the customers earlier on and on the web. I saw several different customers arrived at similar times. I guess we all drove here from some distances.

We went here as a family for ice cream, the service was excellent (a young man served us who was very friendly and helpful). We asked for half scoops for the kids so they could have two flavours - but two scoops would be too much. He said they don't usually, but was happy to do it for us.

I don't know what company policy currently is, but I hope it remains flexible to consumer friendly policies. It costs nothing to go above and beyond and provide a better service (like we had this day at Augustus) so the kids were happy and had a great time, and we had a great time. And so we will be back again.

If we had of been told no we couldn't, then we wouldn't have purchased, and we wouldn't be back.

But we love the ice creams, and the variety, and we will be back!

More than 40 flavours of ice cream, this places satisfies all people. There are outdoor seats, car park, nice indoor design, they also sell birthday cakes.
The customer service is great too.
