Purchased a Pokemon mystery box from this store. Usual price is $100 but on sale was $70. Understand that there is always an element of risk associated with mystery boxes however in this instance I received MAYBE 30 dollars of value and part of this was a fake card worth nothing. When I contacted the store I was offered a refund or a partial refund which was good but should not have had to happen to begin with. Claims of the box being randomly packed are disputable being that it was all sealed in a postbox with my name on it and no other packaging which suggests it was packed specifically for me on purchase. Since complaining the product has been removed from the online store so I can't review it specifically.
The communication was above and beyond despite me misreading his sales options.very friendly.his cards r high quality and great range.
