Please dont waste your time and effort to come here. I and my husband met REDDY PRAMEETA about one month ago to renew our wills. Despite of our busy schedule, we make a time to meet here in this office. We spent 30 minutes and she promised to send us the draft of the will in two weeks. She kept our old will which I don’t understand why she need it. I emailed her about two weeks ago to send me the draft and return our old will. She is truly rude and unprofessional. She never replied. Then I called the reception which I didnt take her name unfortunately. She said she sent the message to REDDY and promised to call me back. Nothing happened up today! Truly unprofessional and rude all around! Hey! Just return our will and we will not be bother to contact you!

Disasterous service and totally unscrupulous.
Had a property issue handled by Glen Egerton and team. Was a hassle getting any response and the outcome was very unfavourable. Very unprepared and not at all interested in the clients outcome just extract my money.
Advice you to stay away as at as possible from this mob. Even an high profile like Christine Holgate cost only 100 K. These guys were a real rip off and a very shoddy service. My advice is just stay away.

I have dealt with Aughtersons on a couple of occasions and can't recommend them highly enough.
