The team at Audio Visual Security are the absolute BEST in the business. I first had an alarm installed and I was so happy with my first purchase experience with them that I immediately booked my car in to have a dashcam installed the week after. First class service from Tony and the boys. When you want equipment installed in a car you want someone who treats your vehicle as if it was their own, and AVS does this and more. Their work is clean and they always take time to answer any questions you may have after sales.

They also ensure that the vehicle is maintained in perfect condition. Some places that I’ve been to are more concerned with an unrealistically fast time to complete the job, to the point where you know that it’s been rushed and the parts of your car have been slapped back on haphazardly just so they can get the next customer in. That type of practice does not exist at AVS. They complete jobs with the surgical precision that I expect without compromise and are more concentrated on quality over quantity.

Tony even went above and beyond by contacting Viper themselves to enquire whether the software of the alarm I wanted would be compatible with my car as it has a proximity key and push button start, which would have proven to be a challenge to anyone else that did not have the experience and knowledge that Tony possesses. The alarm is operating flawlessly due to the team’s attention to detail. All this for a very reasonable price too!

I very rarely write reviews online, but when this amount of effort and time is put into a job it is impossible to not let everyone know how superb they are.they have raised the bar and standard of what great auto installations should be and their competitors have a lot of catching up to do if they want to get anywhere near the level Audio Visual Security is at.

It is increasingly difficult to find any business these days that understand how real advertisement works. It isn’t through flashy marketing campaigns or heavy investment in social media. If your work is of an exceptionally high standard it speaks for itself, and anyone who gets in my car asks who my installer is and wants Tony’s details for work on their own car. AVS understands this and it’s for this reason they take great pride in their work. If you want the highest quality of work performed on your car take it to no other installer than Audio Visual Security and you won’t be disappointed! Honestly cannot thank Tony and the guys enough!

Recently had Tony and the team install dash cams, alarm system and reverse sensors in my 2014 hilux and am very happy with the attention to detail and neatness of the installion. They treated my car like it was there own, not one scratch or dent after the installation and a very clean job. Tony gives you the time of day and listens. A very personalised service and a high care factor. Tonys knowledge and quality around his products is of high standard. He has done a fantastic job installing various items (uhf, beacon, reverse squawker) on my vehicle which has zero issues to date!

I have bought many Landcruiser 200 series over the years and always gone to Tony for my fit outs. Friendly team, very knowledgeable, hard working and genuine. I've had UHF fitted, a dual battery system, inverter, electric brakes, hema sat nav unit as well as Anderson plugs and a reverse quacker for safety. … I cannot recommend Tony and his team highly enough. I was walking past this shop and, on a whim, popped in to inquire as to the cost of getting an Apple CarPlay set-up installed in my MY2013 Subaru. Tony was really helpful taking me through the process and then said he wanted to double check the availability/cost of parts because it was unusual for an essential (but cosmetic) part from Subaru to be listed as manufactured in Japan. Turned out the fascia was going to be really pricey so not worth it for me. But, if the time and care taken to the right advice for a drop-in like me is any reflection on how they go about business I'd recommend them highly.

I went in to visit Tony and his team to upgrade my factory hilux infotainment system. I had an idea of what I wanted and tony helped guide me through the process of what would best suit my car and budget. He and his team did an outstanding job fitting out my car and it is by far the most professional workmanship I have seen for this type of upgrade. I can’t thank them enough.
