Audio Influence

I ordered a record on the 10th Dec from audio influence and like many others on here I have been completely ghosted! Several emails sent and messages sent on Facebook and instagram and still nothing! And no album received, I just want my money returned or my record I don’t want to report your business to fair trading but may have no choice.

Unfortunately, other recent reviews are accurate. I placed my order on the 18th December 23 and have been completely ghosted since. The phone number just gives an automated response and I've not had any reply to the emails I've sent.
It seems that the only way to get in contact is through a 1 star review.
I no longer want the Amplifier I bought I just want a refund. Order #4542.

Edit: Today (11/1/2024) I did receive a refund from Audio Influence. I'm glad that it's been sorted but it still took too long for them to get in contact.

Not too happy with the service. Bought an earphone with them, turnout to be a faulty product as it doesn't charge. Called them about the issue and was told they will send me another one and never heard from them ever since. Called them couple times and sent email to follow up. But no response. Their phone number doesn't go through anymore now.
Spent $200 for a broken product.

Poor after sales support. Expect to get ghosted if you have any sort of issue post sale along, with a combative, aggressive, victim blaming approach. Absolutely appalling. Other 1 star reviews are accurate. Edit: reading more reviews since my review, seems like Graham is trying to do a Melissa Caddick. DONT BUY FROM THIS IMBECILE.

I purchased a pair of speakers through their online website 5+ weeks ago but never received them or heard anything about it. All attempts to contact them have failed. Phone is still giving automated response saying store is shut, email account has just become deactivated, all other forms of contact ignored (Facebook, Insta, Google). No idea what is going on, starting to wonder if this store even exists anymore.

Ordered goods 3 weeks ago, attempted to contact 3 times, no response. Poor business practices.

Had a great experience purchasing a HiFi Racks unit for my system. Graham even suggested I get the wheels (took a little while to arrive, but well worth the wait) as an accessory which have been brilliant. Much easier to manoeuvre to make any changes to the system. I’d recommend this shop, for sure.

Graham was very helpful, patient and pleasure to deal with when I came to do in store demo.
When I finally decided to pull the pin on some Wharfdale Linton’s he gave me extra discount on what was already great sale price.
I did have some concerns with delivery/timing as these were in high demand but Graham kept in contact and they arrived in perfect condition.

Absolutely Woeful Service! Do not purchase from this supplier!

Ordered aand Paid for an Yamaha Aventage AV Unit and after 2 weeks received nothing! After repeated attempts to contact Audio Influence. It was apparently a fault in their Automated Messaging service but on checking my order I was informed the mistake was with Yamaha as they had failed to send out several orders and Id rteceive the Unit in a week.
Another week later and no Unit and upon contacting Audio Influence I was told they were away and would track down the details when they returned in another week which meant an entire month before I might see the Unit!
I was given the option to get a refund or wait another 2 weeks and I chose the refund which was put through PayPal on the spot only for Audio Influence to then Cancel the Refund 3 hours later.
Again I was informed that PayPal was at fault and AI would email PayPal directly to resolve the issue.

Well PayPal have received nothing from AI and are awaiting any type of reply. AI took $5,199.00 of my money on the the 3/5/23 and I have as yet 6/6/23 not received a cent in refund!

DO NOT PURCHASE from this Supplier they should be shut down as they do naught but blame eveyone else for their woeful business practices!

Had an awesome whilst browsing. I would highly recommend checking out Audio Influence if you’re a fan of high quality audio and visual technology.

Graham is fantastic! The service provided both during and after the sale was above and beyond. I purchased a hifi system and even installed it for me!

Ordered some headphones late thursday night, had a call friday morning to confirm my details, and it was at my apartment at 5 pm - really impressive stuff!

Absolutely amazing experience, purchasing from Audio Influence. Graham goes above and beyond, and was extremely patient with every enquiry I had (and I had a lot!). Excellent communication regarding availability and dispatch, and complete transparency throughout the process. I cannot recommend this place enough, 10/10 would come back.

Graham and Mischa are great guys. Very knowledgable, helpful, patient, and always happy to entertain a "mature" audiophile whose system is pretty much complete (for now). The new shop will be awesome when renovations are done!

I was looking at setting up my first home audio / hi-fi system and went to see Audio Influence. Mischa was very knowledgeable and generous with his time explaining all of the options in detail. Very easy to deal with and happy to help. I went with an AT-LP7, Audiolab 6000A play and Audiolab 6000CDT. Very happy with everything and would absolutely purchase from them again. I’m not a local at all, and so there was zero promise/ likelihood of purchase at all, yet Graham who’s leadership and passion of Audio has made this environment possible, and Mischa spent the time, asked and understood the right/ my questions, and showed listening required.to make it possible to guide me to take a huge step, to a level of Audio reproduction, that is not only far past where I saw possible any time soon (even after years of listening to industry experts). But some how also fits my modest budget and definitely achieves my desire in my hifi.which of course is to be carried away by it.
I can not speak highly enough of these gents, esp. Mischa…. Is wise far beyond his years, and I assert it is in his patience and a love for people& their love of music. As he told me.for him, it’s all about the music.

Recently purchased a new cartridge from Audio Influence, which was very helpfully installed for me. It was only a small order and job, but Graham was very happy to help and provided excellent service. Great store!
