I went to Audi Waverley to service my RS5. Initially I had called around the other Audi Centre's in Melbourne and I was unable to get someone on the phone who would actually send me some information for what I needed. Chris, the service manager at Audi Waverley looked after me through the whole process right from the beginning and it was clear they wanted my business. Everything was on time and even though I am a difficult customer to work with he always found a way to ensure sure my expectations were met or exceeded. If you want to buy or service your Audi give them the opportunity, I look forward to future business with them.

Chris has been an absolute legend, keeping me updated throughout my car service. He even went beyond what is required and chased down information from Audi Canberra who didn’t change the haldex oil at the major service.

Staff are not very welcoming and you don't get greeted at the door. For a luxury car brand it's disappointing.

Friendly helpful staff who are patient as you go through the decision process. Limited stock at present but they do their best so you can see or drive what you like. Martin is an exceptional bloke, high level of technical experience and really seeks to understand what might suit you in a car.

My wife bought a new Q3 and dealt initially with Nathan who was very good.

I highly recommend the team at Audi Waverley. What could have been a very daunting process from the beginning was made smooth and seamless.
