Scott, Costa and Tolga were all great in assisting us in purchasing our new Q5. They are all very professional and communicated well throughout the whole process - it was a far better experience than other dealerships we have dealt with in the past. We highly recommend them plus they have awesome cars!

Picked up my Audi q3 this week and can I say I have had the best experience ever. Costa is amazing and he made the process so easy and seamless. I got everything completed within an hour.

Took my sq5 due to an issue it was having, hoped they could diagnose it. $9000 later the car still had exactly the same issue! Refused to fit a part that I had, and I thought was the issue, as they didn’t believe it was the cause! So after getting my car back as it was, after 9k bill, I took it to another Machanic, who fit the part and guess what! Fixed! Reported it to Managment, no follow up. Obviously just money hungry dealership!

The service was excellent, all the way through from buying the car to picking it up. A big mention to Costa, who went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly, and who guided me through the whole process. Amazing customer service.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Costa Tsiongas at Audi Richmond with the purchase of my gorgeous new A3. The entire experience from the first time stepping into Audi Richmond, to taking delivery of my car was absolutely seamless. Costa is an absolute asset to Audi - he is genuine, approachable and his knowledge of the product is second to none.
A big thank you to Costa and the team at Audi Richmond for making this experience such a special one. I won't be going anywhere else but Audi Richmond from now on!

I am very excited-I purchased my first Audi from Audi Richmond.
I was looked after very well by Tolga Bakan. He was great with communication, returning phone calls and sending emails. He gave professional service and was very keen to look after me, the customer. I would highly recommend this Dealership.

Bought an Audi Q3 last week and the Audi Richmond team gave me a world class experience throughout the process.

Costa Tsiongas is an amazing person to deal with. This was going to be my first-ever car and he helped me from Day 1 and made me understand everything in a very detailed way. In the journey of booking the car & till I collected the delivery, he was always there to answer all my questions.

Even after delivery, he has been in touch with me making sure that I'm not having any issues with my car.

Costa, you are awesome. Love your work and professionalism.

My 8-year-old daughter and I Just picked up our A3 Sports back last week. I was extremely impressed by the AUDI team from the day I made the deal to predelivery through to collecting my A3 sportback. The respect and care they showed during the entire process were terrific. Thanks to the sales executive Costa Tsiongas for his unique sales approach.

The delivery presentation was a fantastic experience for me and my 8 year old daughter. Costa put a personal touch on this presentation for us, which we will cherish for years.

If anyone is looking for an Audi, then I can highly recommend visiting Audi Richmond.

Took my car for an annual car service this week and I was very happy with the customer service. Audi has a new online system where I got notified with a detailed car report and recommended work. Also received a 12 month roadside assistance and a complimentary carwash. Highly recommended!

Would not recommend anyone attending Audi Richmond. Ever. The overall experience we received was 0/5 stars. If I could give less than 0, I would. The service we received today was absolutely appalling.
My husband and I were in the dealership for over 10 minutes before we were greeted by someone who wasn’t even a salesperson. Although friendly, Poppy was extremely unhelpful and had no knowledge, which I don’t believe is her fault as she could potentially not be a salesperson. We told her the two models we were looking to purchase and ready to go ahead with it today. We were asking very basic and standard questions and was continuously met with
“I don’t know” And/or “I’m not sure”. There was no self-directed intention to ask someone who could help us at any point.
We had to prompt her to show us the cars and then she said she’ll leave us to have a look. We had to ask her for her name and it was only after that time spent with her she actually introduced herself and asked for our names. After 15 minutes or so we went back inside the dealership to find her to ask more questions and was met with “I’ll get you a specs sheet from the website”. We told her we had already seen this and asked a few more basic questions such as the prices and differences between model ‘A’ and model ‘B’. Again we were met with “sorry I don’t know, I’ll go check on the computer”. We were standing around like idiots, other staff members ignoring us or continuing congregating and carrying on with their own personal chats. This again is very unprofessional and is well outside of the realm of basic customer service, particularly in retail.
Poppy disappeared and there was no handover of introduction to when we had a random staff member approach us, appearing between a mixture of annoyed and nonchalant. As he was walking towards us he semi-yelled out “Uh, what questions did ya guys have? ”
No greeting, no introduction, no basic customer service skills. To be spoken like this is unbelievably rude as we had taken the time with Poppy to be polite and it’s not like we arrived at the dealership in thongs, tracksuit pants and a hoodie (not that it should matter anyway). Before I was about to ask him who he was, our confused faces must have indicated that we were taken aback by being spoken to and approached in such a manner.
It was only then he said “Oh I’m Tolga, what are your names? ” Already off to not a great start but nonetheless, we wanted to secure a car today.
We asked him questions about the difference between the 3 cars and wanted to look at the ones we were interested in and we were told “oh, there’s heaps of differences you’ll just have to look yourselves”. When we asked what differences, he said “I’ll print yas off a fact sheet from the website and you can go through it”. I said to him “that’s okay, we have already looked at the website and we don’t need to see it again”. He ignored this and although he didn’t offer us a seat at the desk, he turned his screen around slightly and started regurgitating the information from the website. We pointed to the cars outside the front and asked him if we could compare a few models, be shown the the difference and again, he just referred to the website. Appalled at the service so far, we decided to not play into the complete lack of regard that he showed for us and his job. We told him that we have a budget of $100,000 but would consider tipping in an additional $13,000 if it meant we could purchase the new SQ5 on display. I asked the difference between the colours and he just laughed and said “well, one is white, one is black and one is grey”. I replied and said yes but certain colours are metallic and standard colours are different to other manufacturers colours so I would like to see the differences. From his desk he pointed around the showroom and then he started talking about the “packs”. When I asked him what they were again, he pointed from his desk and said “that’s the black pack and that’s standard”. No explanation what the packs actually were until he sighed and quickly rattled off what a pack is.
