I'd like to write my 2nd review for Audi Centre Brighton that Rhys, Steph and the team has done a good job to delivery the car to me.
There was a small issue with the external road camera but the team fixed it quickly and offered a car for me to drive before the final delivery for free. Rhys kept honest and transparent communications with me in the past months while I was waiting for the car and he's very reliable to work with. Highly recommend you to buy a car from Rhys and his team!

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with the team at Brighton Audi. The team (Andy, Pat, Stefan, Joe, and Michael) were brilliant to deal with. It's a big commitment when you buy a new car, and especially a prestiege car.

Woeful service, how do they stay in business?
Went to the dealership 2 weeks ago (on a Saturday). Waited 30 mins to see a salesman, but was told they were all busy, and was asked to leave my name and number, and the car l was interested in.
Still waiting for the return phone call….

I ordered a car yesterday and I had really good experience with Audi Brighton. They have really good customer service and I really enjoy my shopping experience with Audi Brighton. The sales Rhys was super patient and nice. I’m usually the hard decisions maker, and have to spend long time to decide which car I actually want. However, the sales Rhys was very good, he took me to test drive with different car models, which gave me a lot of ideas and instructions with cars. Thank you for such a good service

Over the many years of driving an Audi and dealing with various dealerships throughout Victoria over that time, the dealership at Brighton is by far the best I have ever dealt with. Their want to provide high level communication to ensure that the process is as smooth as possible was always first class and top of their priorities. The sales assistant who I dealt with, Rhys, was the reason why I chose to purchase through this dealership. His approach was not forceful but completely professional from the beginning of my enquiries to the delivery of the vehicle, an absolute gentleman to deal with and someone that I would highly recommend to anyone I know who is looking to make a purchase.
Stephan who handled the delivery on the day was very thorough, efficient and went through all of the features and benefits of the car which gave me plenty of understanding and comfort as I drove my new car out of the dealership on the day.
