20Ordered and paid for an item advertised on their website. Payment taken and order confirmed. The price listed was a mistake as apparently they had no further stock and the "new" price from the supplier was higher.just so happens to be the same price as other tool shops. This item is not a stock item, it is ordered directly from the manufacturer who are based in a Suburb of Melbourne. Disgraceful customer service and misleading advertising. Suggested I buy it somewhere else, I think that is the best thing for all potential Audel customers should do.
Their sales team going above and beyond to fix a problem from the manufacturer prompted me to leave a review, fantastic online experience, shipping, competitive price, etc.
Great service from these guys had what i needed and delivered on time and saved my bacon. Great job guys many thanks.cheers
Very rude and ignorant never waste my time ordering from these guys, accused me of entering the wrong email as the reason I didn't get updates for my dispatch, explained to the rude person that it shows on my account waiting to be fullfilled! And I had entered my email correctly.
The rude foreign guy then Changes his mind and blames TNT for being on strike, and makes out he is the victim.
No 1 never call me a lier research your facts first, before you make a fool of yourself with your broken English.

I've ordered some tools here online and have been greatly impressed with the Sales team communications. Postage handling times was fast. I've had to follow up a few times for things via email but they've always responded, which was fine for me. It's been a good buying experience. I'll definitely be back to purchase again.

Service was good but all the items online are not stocked in store. Was disappointed to drive all that way to find what I needed was not in stock

I recently bought a compressor from Audel tools in dandenong. I found the staff to be exceptionally polite, informative and very helpful.

Disgusting customer service. Abused and told to leave store. I wasnt agro and didnt even raise my voice. The repair guy swore at me even. Never buy from here customer service is shocking they ruined my tool changed PARTS without even consulting me then they told me I had to pay. Lied about the repair and try to charge me. Thankfully got in touch with Milwaukee and they replaced the item with a brand new one. Even they were shocked with the way these guys behaved and what's more is when I told them.

I have been buying tools from Audel for over 5 years now. Great customer experience, friendly staff and exceptional range of products. Would strongly recommend!
Charged me $95 and told me that the blade spacer on my Dewalt docking saw was smashed and when I asked what was repaired I was told all the docket says is "replaced spacer"! Told them I wasn't paying $95 for a spacer and the goose behind the deck charged my credit card. DEWALT SERVICE CENTRE. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!
Don't bother. They take orders for items and list them on the website, and if it doesn't suit them, refuse and refund the order. What a waste of time.
(This was years ago at their Lonsdale st store but I understand that the ownership and management of the place hasn't changed much since so it's probably still relevant more or less). I was working for a company who needed to buy a significant quantity of equipment and so we had arranged a meeting with the manager of Audel in Dandenong to arrange some bulk supply sort of deal. Over the phone the manager was quite eager as you'd expect with the prospect of a large sale, so a time was arranged to get together. When the time came I turned up only to find the manager no longer wanted to talk. The desk staff were phoning this guy upstairs (he was only about 20 feet away and peeking through the blinds) and explaining the situation but he was having none of it, he just refused to meet. No 'family emergency', no 'sorry I'm busy, please talk to my sales guy' and certainly no courtesy call beforehand to say he wanted to avoid wasting my time. Nothing.
This was really weird. I wondered if he had me confused with some annoying sales rep, and though the apologetic desk staff phoning him were trying their best to tiptoe around the loony boss and couldn't seem to get a 100% coherent response, it sounded like he pretty much understood this.
Anyway long story short I left and we heard nothing more from this nutcake. The orders were placed with another supplier and I haven't had dealings with Audel professionally or personally ever since. I do feel for the staff working there, but any organisation allowing such loonies to reach management positions is sure to have a weird culture that just seems safer to avoid entirely.
I stop short of saying excellent because they mite get big heads. However as stores go if you're after somethinga machine or any piece of equipment to do a job, they will most likely have it

Shocking attitude towards customers, and they actually tried to demand extra money after they made the sale! Called me on the phone and said they got the price wrong!? ! It was only a few dollars short of recommended retail, so no idea what he was trying on (I'm female). Anyway, this guy with a thick accent started ranting and raving at me lime I was his servant, so I just hung up. The have hopeless stock levels from what I can tell, so you can expect a big wait.and a foll;ow-up phone call for extra money too.
