18Tried new special menu, it’s yummy tasty but also healthy food, I love the chickpeas, quinoa and chicken was just right cooked. Also coffee was greatwater is self serving, still understandable because they’re so busy here, so they made it as a compliance.
Cafe located in a small shopping mall off Bridge Road. Nice and spacious inside as it’s not enclosed, few tables outside which are not always cleaned down.
Staff are always friendly and smiling. Coffees and food comes out pretty quick and both are always lovely. I really enjoy their toasted croissant and a nice hot flat white. I go there often with my friends after training.
Customer service was a 10/10 they were friendly, nice and attentive
Look and style of the venue - 10/10 - warm vibe, cozy and clean
I ordered a chicken avocado foccacia overall a 6/10.
Price $16 a bit steep for a sandwich I think is worth $12.00
Way too much Mayo which made it soggy but also made it very bland. The bread would have been amazing if it was slightly toasted more.
Overall an ok experience.
I won't be running back but I'd certainly try them again.
A cute little cafe. Their coffees are amazing. The breakfast food here is delicious too, though a little pricey. I really enjoyed their Kimchi Scrambled Eggs and their Egg & Bacon Roll. The staff are sweet and friendly.
For a "shopping centre cafe" Au79 is excellent in the quality of its food, snacks & sweets.
The coffee is top notch. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and professional.
They have some covered, outdoor seating on the Church Street side.
Parking in the shopping centre itself is plentiful.
I go there for a coffee almost every day.
Friendly staff, great coffee, and a super convenient location. Menu isn't as extensive as some other Au79 locations, but good range of staples plus cakes and sweets.
One of my favourite brunch places. All class when it comes to ambiance, with amazing plants and natural lighting. Complement that with above par service, great coffee, and all the Aussie favourite brunch dishes, you get a cafe that is already an Abbottsford institution.
We had long black and ham cheese toastie. Coffee is okay but relatively weak in flavors. Toasties are nice and crunchy. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Water is self-served.
Paid over $6.00 for a small coffee that tasted like milk. Not a vibe.
Also, no good vego/vegan options for brunch is a very sad. What a shame. The Abbotsford Au79 is still a favourite, so I had higher hopes for this spot.
Awesome cafe and fabulous coffee. Highly recommend the batch brew, and certainly treat yourself to some fresh beans for home.
Coffee was nice and came quick but as it's in a shopping mall there was alot of people leaving the doors open and just standing around looking over your table.
It’s a shame that the coffee and chai were weak because the location is convenient and service is friendly. There’s a decent selection of sweets but they’re very expensive, $12 each in little portions.
Worst au79 cafe, we waited 30mins for the foods even though only 40% of the cafe was seated. I don’t know how long had the waitress kept working, they look very exhausted.
I recommend the au79 located in Abbotsford.
Convenient location, located at the same shopping mall as Cobb lane bakery
Nice and cozy cafe
The desserts were super tasty which I never tasted before (pistachio and chocolate creams puff, peanuts and caramel mousse tart)
Service was efficient and friendly
Always really great service and very friendly staff. Nice snacks in the window and top notch coffee.
I've been to 3 au79 cafe's Abbotsford which is really good and more recently Chadstone which also good. However, been here several time's now and won't be rushing back. Forgetful staff who make average weak coffee, the food cooked on site is meh and is the service. A missed opportunity in a prime spot.
Lovely welcome, good service, nice food and plenty of space. I liked the attention to detail. Clean, modern and unpretentious.
