8My experiences with atwork Australia have been fairly mediocre in the past - I’ve been switched over from person to person very quickly with no rhyme or reason, had appointments that lasted 2 minutes and which I didn’t see the value or benefit of, but Shukriya at Clyde North has been fantastic and a breath of fresh air. She is easy to get in contact with, clear in her communication, quick to reply and very flexible and understanding around appointments. She clearly knows what she’s doing and is good at her job, and is very amiable and easy to talk to. Thank you for your help Shukriya ️
Shukriya is understanding and supportive in dealing with me. She realizes that everyone has their individual needs and limitations and needs to be treated differently. There is no `one size fits all' when it comes to disabilities. As such she shows empathy in dealing with me.
