atWork Australia (Disability Employment Services)

I have been assigned to atwork Australia since before the covid outbreak due to the need for a shoulder replacement. Actual replacement and subsequent healing. The service at atwork Australia was at best pretty poor, for an extended period, but there has obviously been a shake up and they have lifted their game to a much higher professional standard. I have been assigned to Dave for over a year now, whilst I have been completing a course at TAFE to change direction due to the shoulder. Dave is like a breath of fresh air and I can’t speak of him highly enough. Words like supportive, caring, understanding and compassionate come to mind. He is extremely dedicated in his work and in finding me employment. He does what he says he is going to do, and keeps following up on leads of employment. I can’t thank him enough for his efforts.

To begin with and for several years from late 2019 I had issues with both the organisation and the four different job coaches I was assigned. From poor organisational and time management skills, apithetic attitudes to what I would consider outright fraud. As you could imagine I had zero confidence in atwork at that time. Since then however I believe there was a shakeup within the organisation which resulted in the employment of much better people. One of those is a guy named David who's dedication to his work, his own education within the organisation and to me was more than refreshing. As it stands now I could not recommend David highly enough. Thankyou David for your decency, terrific work ethic and for restoring my faith in atwork Australia. Very well done.

I have worked with Dave and Tara for a while now, and in that time they have got me from a place where I was really scattered and unfocused to a point where I am now about to start a course that will help me realize a long term dream of mine. I could not have done it without their help and they have been there for me when everyone else wasn't. They have helped teach me so much about myself and technology, and I know I probably would have fallen through the cracks if it wasn't for their help and support.

Helpful Organization in helping people with disabilities find work! Great Listeners and seem to really care about boundaries and a safe work environment, Been a client of David's for a while now and find he is extremely helpful, Would recommend

My job coach Dave has been amazing in helping me achieve my goals and is a driving force in helping me overcome the many issues I've had with gaini g employment and furthering my skills base I could not be more grateful for his help he has been amazing as well as supportive I could not hold these guys with higher regard

The main thing about @Work Australia Bairnsdale is just how understanding the staff are. They are extremely knowledgeable and competent and are always willing to go more than that extra mile for their clients. I've been with them for awhile and I am still impressed with their efforts.

Wonderful organisation, really helpful, extremely supportive, always there to help support you and advocate for you if necessary. Dave is a wonderful job coach and should be commended on his willingness to help support clients no matter what and get results. Thank you for everything guys, I have never found a job services provider to be so supportive and helpful.

Ive only been a client of Tara at Bairnsdale for a short time but she has been awesome in every way. Very helpful

As a work providers go the staff at Work Solutions Bairnsdale office are the best.
I would know, have been involved with all in town. But this team of amazing people, do truly care for their clients and they're well being. And; make it they're personal mission, to find the right job, for the right person. So in short, they treat you like a person, not a number on their books.
