I have been with Atwork now for about 4 years and in that time I have worked with numerous case workers. At the moment my case worker is Dee from Broadmeadows area she has helped me to achieve work in the field I most enjoy and pushes me to achieve further every time I speak with her.
Dee goes above and beyond to help her clients with any issues that arise if she can.
Personally I could not ask for a better case worker

At work Australia is a caring and friendly job assistance provider that looks after the needs of their clientele. My experience with Elizabeth Samman reflects that on every level over and over again. She genuinely cares about her clients. Her willingness to go above and beyond to help no matter what is a reflection of her caring personality. She looks at how she can help amd improve on your life endeavours no matter what the circumstances. In the type of role she performs, there are more people that are needed like her. I've been with AtWorks for over a month and so far they seem very good. My consultant Diedem seems very professional, positive, proactive, encouraging, wants to look for jobs that suit a clients skills and desires and utilises multiple employment marketers which assist in finding a person work. So based on my current experience with them so far, I'd recommend them.

Very disorganised and unprofessional. Roles available did not match the skillset, qualifications and logistically unsuitable (2 hours by public transport). One role the PD was not received until 30 minutes prior to the interview which did not match the position my son was advised of.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with AtWork Australia (Brunswick). Abeba has been particularly helpful and supportive and is a credit to her team.
