Although there was some hiccups when I started with AtWork Australia due to COVID and their staff working from home, but as soon as I met my Job Coach Rachel, she is so understanding and professional at helping me to solve all the problems I've had and has been supporting me. Not to mention she is very approachable and kind. I really appreciate her help.
My experience has been absolutely fabulous, Melece the service manager was able to assist me and really made me feel comfortable with the process as previously being with another provider they were terrible. Thank you Atwork Australia.

Rachel is my jobcoach I have fortnightly appointments she is very understanding with my conditions
I support an NDIS client and part of that support is to help Neil find a job. We were directed to the Caroline Springs office of atWork Australia where we met Troy Stirton and I am glad we did.
Troy is personally interested and invested in Neil and Troy approaches his task with great professionalism and compassion.
Most importantly, he has delivered. Neil has been employed in a National Distribution Centre for several months and was offered employment in the transport sector which he unfortunately he could not take up
Troy continues to engage with other areas within atWork on Neil's behalf and the quest for that elusive ongoing job continues with Troy' s help.

They were so kind and inviting. Was welcomed once we walked in and they immediately went to work to help me get started. There was a mishap with my appointment time (not At Work Australia's' fault) but they didn't sent me away, instead I was taken in and got started. The lady who helped me out, already had someone else booked at that time, but she jumped back and forth helping both of us out. She never complained about being accidently double booked, instead just went with it. I don't think I can articulate how grateful I am for her help. Honestly I was really scared to start this due to it being rather new to me, but the fear went away the moment I sat down and she introduced me to the program. I'm looking forward to continue working with them.
P. S.the front door is a bit heavy lol.
Rachel and Kylie are amazing people and are willing to go above and beyond for their clients! <3
