We highly recommend Suzie who got Aiden a great job very quickly after hearing that we had no results from our previous provider.

She is patient and excellent at her job. They have a wonderful team at her office. Thank you Suzie and Atwork Australia. So happy with our results.

Highly recommended. I've been with Suzie she helped me get into a Certificate 3 in Early Childhood education and Care. They have helped with things for course. Suzie has been super helpful and a pleasure to have her as her as my worker. Once I've finished my course I'll also get help looking for work from them which I can't wait to get into

I am very grateful to have the opportunity to be a client of this company, I was appointed to AtWork Australia after my previous job provider was unable to assist me adequately and from there on my amazing journey began. I invariably posessed a burning desire to be employed and committed to my job but failed on numerous occasions due to my circumstances and mental health, fortunately enough after many months of working alongside Suzie we as a team have become successful in myself obtaining employment. None of this would have been possible without Suzie and the team at AtWork Australia. Suzie has been a life coach and mentor to me just as much as she is a job coach, she is extremely emphathetic, patient, understanding and tolerant of my behaviours and moods. I am extremely grateful and could not reccomend this company enough. They will assist you prior to your employment, during your employment and after your employment, they are extremely supportive.

Melissa is such an exceptional support worker. I am nothing but utterly grateful for the kindness, care, sensitivity, understanding, support and encouragement she has given me. She is truly an asset to @work. A very special person and competent in this field. I could not have asked for a better person to support me.

My experience with Susie was excellent. She was very supportive, understanding & caring when I was looking for work with great guidance throughout the entire process. The only negative with the facility is that there are only 2 car parks available. This does not take disabled people into consideration as it would be completely inaccessible for them. Thank you Susie for all of your help throughout the job seeking process.

Extremely impressed and thankful for the experience I have had with atWork Australia, specifically with my Job Coach (Suzie Tusevlijak, Narre Warren office in VIC). Great support/understanding, courteous and professional approach shown always. As a client there is that very important element in place that you are being heard regarding your personal circumstances. Suzie is very competent, very good communicator, patient and empathetic listener. Displays genuine care and very approachable when sharing/exchanging ideas and personal values (work) and beliefs. Offers good direction for suitable work and displays sincere interest in individual needs. Positive attitude to her role and would highly recommend the service offered by atWork Australia to any person seeking assistance, support or the like.

It's truly a please to rate Suzies performance from At Work. As an older member looking for employment she understands first hand on the problems and difficulties associated in looking for work. She achieves this through her empathic, respectful, professional manner. Thanks Suzie.

Do not go here if you are on DES. I've had 7 different workers in under 12 months. My first worker was relocated and I wasn't told about it. On my first appointment with Suzie I was asked to leave a review and to stand in the corner of the office to get better phone data reception. They told me I needed to increase my working hours even though I had a Centrelink exemption due to my disabilities and that there was no point in them helping me get a job in the field I had experience in. I told them I was struggling and not ready to work yet they still gave my information to a marketer and offered no help in liaising or giving details about the actual job role. I had an appointment changed at last minute because a Suzie's daughter was in town, and I am rarely asked about a suitable appointment time just receive a text the day before. On multiple occasions sitting in the waiting room the worker Suzie can be heard on loud speaker to clients talking about confidential topics which is very concerning. Things are said like "you need to make sacrifices to work" in regards to spending hours on public transport. I asked about changes I was told had happened but couldn't get much information. I tried to to express that I had spoken up about not being ready to work and was just smirked at and told I was wrong. When I said I was planning on changing JSP the worker Suzie offered me the phone number then pointed to the door and said I could leave. As I left she followed me to reception threatening about a demerit point. Instead of asking what they could do to help me I was told either take the job or go to a club to learn to write a resume. These people will treat you like you're not on DES if you have a disability related to mental health. To get in contact with the office requires you to call a 1300 number and hope someone will get the message. At this facility there is only one dedicated car space for clients.
