Over the years I have used various employment services. Usually experiencing a great deal of difficulty with them in someway. I am a relatively new client with at work and so far my experience has been a very good one. My consultant is Rozy and I felt comfortable around her very quickly.
It didnt feel like the standard obligatory consult. The effort that she puts in to help her clients and get them the support they need is exceptional.
Rozy has been a breath of fresh air whilst trying to find new work and acquiring various equipment to facilitate my new job.
Overall i am extremely happy with my experience when dealing with Rozy at this facility.

Payment stopped as only put forward for 1 job in years, do not put into consideration my health issues, jus you have been on the system too many hours. Lung cancer is not a problem it seems, will be making an official complaint and looking into another jobsearch provider. All about the numbers and bonus's usual.

These people suddenly send you a text message saying "A reminder about your appointment tomorrow" - when they haven't even sent you a letter or even a previous text. Just show up tomorrow, without any notice. What sort of organisation does that? This level of disrespect and disorganisation doesn't auger well. I met one of their workers and she was okay, but this is NOT how to run things. I will be seeking a different provider.

Worst agent I have ever seen in my life. They don't listen, forceful and they don't response what we asked.
