This is a workplace that is only driven by money. Higher management need to be sacked and the staff treated like humans and not robots. My company was constantly called and harassed for hiring of staff during our time off in January to meet their KPIS. A company that does not have the needs of their customers, businesses and staff as a priority just the bottom line. I hope other businesses follow to provide an accurate representation of the high end management of this company. Your company values state compassion towards employers and clients this is not accurate. Whoever oversees your Geelong base needs to be put on a performance plan and have their powers addressed. Hire someone with compassion, strong values. You have the wrong people in higher management. As a well respected business owner of many successful enterprises in Geelong I will make sure other businesses and the corporate body know how this business is being run.

4 me the experience was a little overwhelming because I have personal issues that need to be addressed and in asking Workforce for help me to address my personal issues the help was given without doubt or question, I couldn't of asked to be treated with compassion and care then the way they did, I personal will never forget the kind way I was treated thank you Workforce.
