The receptionist at the Bittern practice was lovely.
Dr. Floyd was very caring and took the time to listen to me. Dr Floyd made me feel comfortable and valadated.

Excellent service, appointment made and saw Doctor right on time. Issue thoroughly investigated and solution diagnosed. Very happy to recommend this service to anyone in the Bittern area.

Took my 4.5yr old here for the first time and the reception staff & dr was super lovely and able to get us in the same day. Highly recommend!

Very happy with care given and Patricks explanation. I left feeling hopeful of a full recovery contrary to what I was told at another clinic. I love there holistic attitude. They are not a band-aid clinic.

After Getting a card in our letterbox say that Atticus Health to say that they now have an Audiologist who comes to the Clinic I made an appointment to go there today.
Michelle did a thorough check of my ears, hearing aids and tested my hearing.
I had previously been to a Major Chain of Hearing Companies and I found out that they had grossly overcharged me for my hearing aids and they had not been adjusted correctly.

Michelle made a lot of adjustments and now my hearing is greatly improved.

I highly recommend seeing people who want a hearing test done to see Michelle at either Bittern or Hastings Atticus clinics as she attends both.

Prompt, thorough and excellent provision of medical assistance. Very friendly practitioners who truly take time to diagnose, assess and help with your medical needs. Will definitely be making an appointment again when needed.

Bittern Atticus Health is a comfortable and welcoming environment with really lovely staff. I’ve never felt uncomfortable to go in and ask for an appointment and the female doctor is always very kind attentive. The practice really fits in with the community and I believe how busy they are is a testament to how well they treat their patients.

Could not be more appreciative to all the beautiful staff at Atticus Health Medical Clinic. I went in hoping to get an appointment not being able to get in anywhere else and the receptionist was so lovely and easy to talk to, she was able to book me an appointment on the same day. The doctor was so caring and she really went above and beyond. I wouldn't go anywhere else now, they have been so supportive and helpful over the last few weeks I can't thank them enough.

I have been attending Atticus Bittern for some time now. My Doctor, Geetanjali Sharma is amazing. She is so thorough. She listens to what you need and what you want and she talks through things with you. You are not just a patient when you are there. You feel like a Friend.
Onnie, the Receptionist is absolutely amazing and has never ever failed to help me with whatever needs I have. Including faxing referrals off to places for me and phoning to make appointments for me. She doesn't even question it, She smiles happily and just does it.

I changed to Atficus Health Bittern about 12 months ago due to my doctor never having appointments, from the first time I made an appointment I was very surprised. From the moment you walk in you get a sense of community and compassion, reception staff always have a smile, and go out of their way to accommodate you and make you comfortable. The doctors are wonderful, your not just another patient to them they understand you are an individual, never try to rush or hurry you and go above and beyond, very very thorough. You really get amazing treatment, every couple of visits the practice nurse will see you first and check your bp, bgl, weight, height etc. The whole team at Atticus Bittern go above and beyond to provide the best possible care that they can. Would highly recommended to everybody, there is nothing unrealistic; if you need to see your doctor there is no waiting days or even weeks like other clinics.
