Atlite Skylights

Initially we were very impressed with the quick response from Atlite Skylights as they sent out a sales executive to quote for a new skylight that same day being 29/11/2022. It took over a week for the quote to come in on the 07/12/2022 after some chasing. On the 16/12/2022 we emailed the sales executive some queries. We also left a voice message on his phone. Without receiving a reply, we telephoned and left a voice message at the main office and sent an email requesting a call back which never came. On the 09/01/2023 we finally received a reply email and text message from the sales executive with answers to our queries. Apparently, he was on leave for a month. That being said, there was no indication from anyone that he was on leave and no contact from the main office. Very poor communication. We went elsewhere.

Thanks to the Atlite team for their fantastic work on my bathroom skylight. Install went perfect and the team were easy to deal with. Great communication and support throughout the process. Looking forward to working with them again on my next project.

Atlite installed a skytube in my bathroom a decade or so ago which worked a treat. The internal diffuser fell out recently during cleaning (my fault!) and cracked in half so I checked to see if a replacement part was still available. At the time I thought it was a big ask being such an old skylight installation but Mary and Tom saved the day. Nothing was too much trouble as they tracked down the part and arranged its dispatch. It's made such a difference. Thank you!

If I could give this company less than 1 star I would! I cannot begin to describe just how shocking their service was for me personally. No response regarding emails / for weeks their phone would not take any messages as the voicemail box was full / no return phone calls / rude salesman on one occasion / they took deposit and never contacted me back / got promised a call within 1 minute while they investigated what was going on with my skylights and never heard back from them. I have just requested my deposit back.

We had to get an urgent fix done for a skylight in a property we were about to lease out, Moses came out within 24 hours and had the issue sorted in 5 minutes, fantastic customer service.

Fantastic experience with the Atlite team. We have had 4 skylights installed over our kitchen/dining area and they have totally transformed the space. Soul, who did the installation from Atlite, was great to deal with, meticulous and made sure he completed on time despite some unforeseen set backs. Our windows look amazing!

Our home is now filled with so much natural light thanks to Tom and Soul working together to make a very difficult roof space not only functional, but also a stunning feature piece for our home.
Everyone working at our house was extremely professional, prompt and precise.
The finished product definitely exceeds any expectation I had, I absolutely love my new skylight!

We used Atlight for a roof window and solar tube style skylight, from start to finish a flexible and reasonable business from the measure and install by Saul we felt very confident of the outcome and we were extremely happy to say the least!
Considerable care was taken with the install to contain the mess and dust with drop sheets and covers, were there when they said they would be, polite and friendly.
Great products, great workmanship, nice to have such a good experience these days!

I can't express how impressed I have been with Atlite Skylights since purchasing a home in July 2016 and calling them to replace diffusers which weren't to my taste. Yale was prompt, knowledgeable and thorough and left me with loads of info regarding a possible new skylight for the bathroom.
I've since had occasion to liaise with both Moses and Jeff and I have to say. 10/10. Can't fault this crowd. Plus the new diffusers are in and they look fab!
In light (pardon the pun!) of their great service and skill, I am favorably considering the installation of a ventilated skylight in my bathroom renovation planned shortly.

Skyligth was installed yesterday. Today, first rain, and it's all poring inside the house like no roof! No way to contact the company after hours. 5 buckets around the living room and water keeps coming throughout from the skylight.
Day 2.
Finally managed to speak to someone at 8am.
Very prompt response - Sol, guy who installed skylight in a first place arrived at 9am.and spent over 2 hours fixing the leak.
Would be better not to have a leak in a first place or run water test after the installation but their attitude and how they deal with the issue have been very good so far. They acknowledge the issue and worked hard to fix it.
Ceiling is damaged and will need repainting but Sol promised to come back to fix it.

We just recently had a skylight installed in our home, and I am a very happy and satisfied customer. My home looks like a completely different home now, Mose and his crew were very professional with the way they went about their job. Michael the installer was very friendly and the quality of the install was great. I will definitely be putting more skylights in my home and would recommend Mose and Atlite Skylights to anyone who is looking at putting some in their own home. Thank you again Atlite Skylights
