Atlas Travel

We enjoyed an amazing trip to France, Italy and Germany! Everything was organised very well by Atlas, I didn't need to stress about anything!

Atlas (Dara) and I worked as a team planning a 2 month trip to Canada and USA for August - September 2023. It involved 3 bus tours, each of 2 weeks duration with 2 days inbetween the tours (Cosmos and Costsaver). She was very client focussed and produced a very seamless itenary. I appreciated her attention to detail and double checking airport transfers and extra hotel nights with Costsaver and Cosmos. Her willingness to accept suggestions meant that I had a very smooth holiday (my first visit to North America. I would very gladly refer clients to Atlas.

We had enjoyed 20days the Europe tour with Atlas travel. We had a great time, enjoyed food and hotel at a high standard (not like tours with some other agencies). Thank you Helen.

The Europe tour with Atlas travel was excellent. We had a great time, good 4* accomodation throughout the tour, plenty of yummy food, perfect selection of sightseeing with tickets included. Helen and the local tour guide always took good care of us. Highly recommended.

I went to Atlas travel for a visa to Vietnam, after being turned away by 3 other agents that wasn’t able to get the visa for me as they thought it was too much hassle. The team at Atlas was able to get the visa for me in a timely manner and the team there was professional and very friendly to deal with!

Parents got to the airport in Saigon to find only one of them had a ticket to Melbourne, despite us paying for two.

If you can't do something as simple as booking 2 people a simple one-way ticket, you cannot be trusted.

Atlas Travel - Focus on giving great service to an amount of people you can properly manage. Not terrible service to as many people as possible so you can make as much money as possible to satisfy your greed.

Took a month to get my visa and I had to chase them up to find out if I had gotten approved or not.

Contact was made in relation to visas and purchasing air tickets, found staff to be very helpful. Will be always using their service in the future.

Great customer service and fluent in both English and Vietnamese. Well presented travel agent that's clean, modern with a welcoming vibe. Quick turnaround on my Vietnam Visa application.

I needed to book a flight to China for work reasons and Dara at Atlas Travel checked all the details for me and came back with all the options available. It was a difficult task due to the Covid 19 restrictions but she was very diligent and made sure everything was ok. She went above and beyond what I expected from a travel agent and I will definitely be recommending all my friends to use Atlas Travel!

Terrible service! Missed my flight and had to buy a new ticket which costed around $1000 AUD. They argued that it was my fault and no refund was given! NEVER GO HERE
