12Athletic Studio not only provided me with the personalised programs, driven and hard working PTs (Hollie and Steven) in a family-like team environment, at a constantly improving gym, but most importantly it assisted me in getting back on the healthy rhythm that I wanted to get on for a long time. Thanks to the team for pushing me, motivating me, improving my strength, achieving body recomposition and goals in the past eight months!
I have had an incredible 12 weeks working with James at Athletic Studio to help improve my strength, form and build a habit of exercising regularly. I have significantly improved my strength and confidence in the gym, and had a lot of fun along the way. Will miss working out at Athletic Studio, but had an amazing time while I was there! Highly recommend!
I have been attending Athletic Studio for 12 weeks and have only the best thing to say about the trainers I’ve had in this time. Hollie, James and Ruki have been so accomodating and encouraging. I highly recommend this studio and all the trainers.
I have been training with Michael at Athletic Studio for nearly 6 months. He had his work cut out for him when I started as I was just recovering from a slipped disc and also suffered from ongoing neck pain. Michael quickly made the decision to alter my training program to build up the supportive muscles and to gently ease back into exercise with correct techniques to avoid any future issues. I am extremely grateful that this course of training has aided with both of these. As a trainer, Michael completely listens to the needs I have and has an incredible skill to then put this into a training regime that suits my personal needs. I have full confidence in the programs he develops for me. Michael, along wth Gordon and Holly who I have also trained with are a great team and the Athletic Studio is great environment for all. I have been training with Steven at Athletic Studio for two months now and I am very happy with the results.
Steven is very professional and always excited to train with me. He is very knowledgeable with all exercises and has a very thorough training program.
I am very happy with the studio, it is clean and well equipped, and is very inviting (with a good taste in music!)
I would highly recommend Steven as a trainer, he is very enthusiastic and fun to work with, and always pushes me to get good results from the training program!
I joined Athletic Studio a couple of months ago with the goal of improving my overall fitness and getting in shape before a trip to Europe. Great results so far through a combination of working with excellent trainers (Gabi and Taylor) and following a personalised nutrition program prepared by Gordon.
Can't wait to continue my fitness journey with the team after my holiday!
Im on my 4th month with Athletic Studio now.
I started my training journey as someone who had never trained before.
Gordon teamed me up with Kate and Hollie 3 days a week who are both awesome trainers. They did a lot of work strengthening my body, making pretty decent strength gains weekly, keeping me motivated and in a positive rhythm.my job is really taxing on my body and i came to them with some pretty weak knees and horrible endurance fitness.which they have helped me completely turn around.ive now just started month 4 with Taylor who is really pushing me to my limits focussed on pushing myself to gain the muscle im after.watching my body transform has been pretty cool to see and other people are starting to notice.
Id definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to transform your body, mindset and lifestyle. As a team, the support you get from the studio is pretty amazing.each trainer brings something to gain from the experience and as a whole id say i couldnt have picked a better place to transform myself from Sad dog to Mad dog.xo
Gordon and his team provide an inspiring PT offering, including comprehensive nutritional plans, regularly updated training personalised programs and one-on-one support. I have loved training regularly with Hollie - she consistently pushes me beyond my comfort zone and always keeps my form in check. I would recommend this team to anyone who is looking to overhaul their health and fitness routine.
I recently trained at athletic studio and loved it!
I started with a consultation with Gordon, which was super informative and helpful. From there he created my workout program and I started training with Gabi, Kate and Hollie weekly. They were all excellent, fun motivating and very knowledgeable.
I also had one session with James who was fantastic!
I would highly recommend for anyone looking for PT in a relaxed and welcoming environment that nevertheless motivates and pushes you to achieve your individual goals.
Thank you Gorgon and Jen for wonderful experience. I have joined with goal to reduce weight and instead, with your help, I lost over 5% of body fat. Started with 18.5% fat and after 9 weeks was 13.5% fat. I am able to eat more and train less. Thank you guys.
I've been going to the gym for quite a few years now, and thought I didn't need a personal trainer, until I met Gordon. He taught me how to get the best out my time at the gym, how to structure my workout week and what to eat. The best part was it was tailored to me, my lifestyle and my fitness goals.
I highly recommend training with him to get to where you want to be. You wont regret it.
Personally, I’m not usually a fan of PTs. Gordi is definitely an exception to that. I have always been really active and thought I had a decent idea about training for my body type. However, after a year of injuries, adrenal fatigue and being unable to train effectively I decided to get back into it. Gordi was recommended and it’s the best decision I’ve made. His training programs are very individual and goal focussed- in 9 weeks I’ve seen great results. Unlike a lot of male PTs he understands the differences between training males and females. Not only that, he actually walks the walk in terms of knowledge around diet, lifestyle and hormone balance. Again, the programs are specifically tailored with female body types and nutritional requirements in mind. Do yourself a favour and start training with him (before summer!)
