I was amazed at the quality of work that the Atelier students create under Murali's guidance. From learning the drawing basics in Level 1 to producing professional portraiture paintings in Level 3, you can clearly see the progression from class to class. Murali provides a professional and supportive setting and truly cares about his students and their professional artistic development.

I've been looking for somewhere to learn some classical skills for a long time, daydreaming about going to Europe but not being able to afford it. Murali's classes are wonderful, his teaching style is patient, knowledgeable and thorough and his students were all happy, friendly and enthusiastic. I'm absolutely in love with these classes and learn so much from just a a two day workshop. I will absolutely be back for more!

Classes at the Atelier Melbourne Art Academy teaches students classical drawing and painting of he old masters based on the curriculum of the Florence Art Academy in Italy. The classes are professionally structured and expertly conducted with great communication and feedback in a supportive and social environment. In the first two terms I have taken, I have seen my artistic skills flourish and have a completely new understanding of how to progress my work. The classes are fun and everyone is friendly.
