This was my first visit to an Art supplier, as I am a beginner watercolour enthusiast.
The staff were very helpful and very knowledgeable. I will go again even though it is not the closest one to me.

As an artist wannabe the place was overwhelming, so much STUFF! Very friendly and helpful staff/owners. Good selection of products, seemed to have it all, even miniatures for architecture modelling and balsa wood.

I have been here a few times over several years. The experience has been so personal and specific. One time in particular was when I got specific advice when I was doing my textile degree in relation to the quality of different inks. The other time I was buying acrylics in a larger volume and again comparing qualities.
Whats just so wonderful about this store is the owners are artists themselves. They can do bigger orders too for a local art group or even an artist who may work from home. It's a bit of a hidden gem.as there are not too many art shops in the west. I personally would rather support a local business.
They are passionate owners who specialise in their craft.worth a chat and a look, anything they don't have they can get hold of. They actually have a comprehensive catalogue you can choose from too.

The young man there was excellent, new his stuff with art supplies & how to use them. Expensive though. Very helpful.

Impressed my online order for Kraft paper was delivered on the next business day! I had checked some other stores and they had a 2 week wait. Very happy with the service.

Today went in to collect some Coptic markers and I came across the most rudest and horrible lady. Unfortunately I didn't get her name but I can describe her as an elderly lady that obviously hates customer service. When I got to the warehouse I rang to let them know I arrived, the lady hang on my ear abruptly and then came out. She came out with rudest attitude and I left without the products as I would rather give my money to support business that deserve the support!

As a newbie to making art, I cannot recommend this shop enough. Every one of the team is so helpful and their customer service is really appreciated.

Trudy, who helped me out, was incredibly helpful and patient with me, first during a phone enquiry, which required her to check on stock levels multiple times, and then when I came down to pick up items. I was given the very strong impression that the person I was dealing with knew the products, and was speaking from their own experience. The place is out of the way, but well worth making the trip to pick up whatever you need to create your next masterpiece, or just do some serious colouring in.

Took my Granddaughter to buy some oil paints, she was amazed at the stock and was able to get all she wanted. Was given some great advice by one of the managers as well, we will be going back

Has everything an artist could ever want. Large sections with contents clearly displayed on spacious shelving. Experts on hand. Highly recommend.

Our Secondary College has been using Atelier Art Supplies from when they started up the business. Brain and the Team have always supported us for over 20 years in the art supplies trade. Professional and Personal. Great service!

Very helpful and friendly staff with a very large variety of supplies at reasonable prices. Definitely one of the best art stores in the inner west.

Website items were not in-store; alot of items online did not correlate with what was in-store which was disappointing. This shop caters for primary schools and about 1/4 of the floorspace was dedicated to professional and adults interested in hobby painting.most of the store was paints for kids. So i won't be back as i need a greater range of quality items. Tricky to get to off the freeway and about 6 parks available. Bit of a let down.

Atelier is definitely my new favourite place for all of my art supplies! I absolutely love the new website and their range and quality of products is second to none. The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to make sure that you are happy with your purchases. I can't recommend them highly enough:)
