Ate here on Thursday and it was great food, priced reasonably. The staff were efficient and polite.

Great Japanese food, probably the best I've had in Melbourne. Friendly staff who are very aware of the gluten free options available on the menu (and GF soy sauce). Will be back!

Moved away so hadn’t been for years. The food is so good. Better than I remember it! We had the B Banquet. Service is attentive and caring. The flavours are complex and prices are from a bygone era. Yum!

Simple yet comfortable, and the food was hot, fresh and delicious. The banquets are good value and def worth trying with beef and scallops to die for.

Beautiful food, with a quiet atmosphere. Very lovely staff, from my own experience and hearing interactions with other customers too. Will be visiting here again when I'm back in the area.

A local gem! Love the interior ambience, and the food is great. The bento is amazing value for money. The service is friendly and kind as well!

Came here for the banquet. Generally thought the food was pretty average, particularly the tempura which wasn't crispy. Also even though the restaurant was half full they ran out of spoons so my girlfriend was given a fork to eat ice cream, which we discovered was grimy. Value for money seemed okay but not great. Overall pretty disappointing.

Mediocre sushi with nothing original. I have no idea how this place gets such high ratings. They didn’t get our order right and instead of remaking it just brought me a tiny bit of avocado on a plate. Flavourless spring rolls that were clearly from a packet. There was a sharp bone in my salmon. Super old decor and really dark inside. Not value for money at all. Bathrooms had barely any soap left and a container of napkins on top of the bin to dry your hands. A bit dingy. Wouldn’t go back.
