At Home Apartments

Work has booked a 2 night stay at one of the At Home Apartment. By far the best accommodation in Sale, the apartment is new modern. I am very happy with the stay and will stay again in future trips.

In the end I didn’t actually stay here. I cancelled my booking as the owner insisted on not only having my full credit card details but also having a copy of my driver’s licence. We have been travelling for about 3 weeks and no other accommodation asked for this. With all the cyber theft going on and I don’t know how the information they have is protected it seems a big ask. I was told my booking would not be accepted without a copy of my licence being supplied.

DO NOT BOOK!
I Had a pre paid booking that I made 10 months ago with Lillian the owner. With 1 week before we were to arrive Lillian said she needs to move our booking to another house (that doesn’t have enough beds for all of us) or cancel the booking due to her current guests wanting to stay on longer. When I explained that the other house doesn’t suit she said “It is what it is, it’s the nature of the business”. So now with no single house available to accomodate all of us with such short notice we have to book 2 houses and pay twice the amount.
I don’t usually leave reviews but I am going to hear about this loss of money from my family for years to come.

If only this level of consideration was shown by you in our private messages. The offer you gave was bluntly put that I could accept a house that didn’t accommodate all the people booked or you would cancel the booking I made 10 months ago for our interstate wedding guests.
I replied explaining that the other house didn’t
suit but you chose to ignore me and canceled the booking.
You could have done a lot of things but you didn’t, you offered me an apparent “upgrade” from a 6 seperate bed house to a 3 seperate bed house with no offer of an extra bed to be placed in the property. But it was nice reading all the great solutions you came up with when replying publicly.

Just a perfect place to stay. I think this would have to be one of the most perfect place to stay in Sale. Lillian's communication is perfect. The ease of checking is so simple.

Had a three night booking in a studio room. Apartment extremely clean with a very comfortable bed. Well appointed with microwave, toaster & kettle. Variety of Twinings teas, coffee, chocolate biscuits and lollies. Only downside for me was, being vertically challenged, the vanity unit design is made for giants! Will happily stay here again next year.

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment with plenty of room to host our grandchildren and parents. It is truly like being at home, would recommend it for both a long or short stay. We will be back.

Absolutely perfect for our stay over Christmas. Super cosy, comfy, clean and convenient. We will definitely be booking in again on our next visit. Thankyou so much Lillian.

Close to Cafes and Restaurants.

Fabulous modern apartment. Arrived to a toasty warm room as the heater was already on for me.
When I needed to leave in a hurry I accidentally left my PJ’s. Lillian washed them and posted them to me. Above and beyond.

Had a wonderful stay. It was such a lovely house and in a great location. The heater was on and the house was warm upon arrival. The host was helpful and let us checkout an hour later. We were allowed to bring our fur baby which topped off our weekend stay here. Would recommend and stay again!

Only a short two day stay in studio apartment but the accommodation was excellent and Lorraine was a fantastic host. Being pet friendly also suited our fur baby. Highly recommended.

Comfortable well cleaned new decor home away from home. Lillian is lovely and the text messages kept us up to date on how to access our room.

Lovely clean apartment/and having a carport. Could not fault anything. Home away from home. Lovely hostess to talk to. Would thoroughly recommend these apartments.

Very modern clean units furnished with everything you could need including an Xbox a reel home away from home on very quiet street walking distance to the town center.bringing the family pet was a bonus
