7 I must take a moment to commend Asuria for the way they are running things at the moment. And especially to the mentors available. I was given Rohit Thakur from Asuria Broadmeadows as a mentor and and I never been so pleased with a social service. His attention to detail and commitment to assisting in the correct way didn't go unnoticed. Anyone will be very lucky to have such a mentor to assist in improving all aspect of their life.

I had been attempting to get into CONTACT with my case worker for TWO MONTHS with absolutely zero success, every time being told that she was busy or otherwise unable to help. Even after calling every single business day for literally three weeks straight to try to relay the urgency of my message and need nobody seemed to want to pick up the phone or help me. I feel completely disregard and disrespected, left to fend for myself even though this is the department for people in need. Embarassing. Not only that but every single customer service rep I have explained what is happening to had told me that this is a massive embarassment for the company and that this should never have happened.
