Asuria

I now have a great job, no thanks to Asuria Ballarat. I think they are hopeless, in particular Kevin who was my contact person. Limited life experience. No idea about the world of work outside of his limited experience. I left Asuria who would not pay for training and went to Sureway who paid $600 for me to do training. I also put in some money for the cost of training. With that training I got a great job! Sureway also gave me vouchers for office clothing and money for train tickets to Melbourne to work. Thank you, Sureway! I advise to change from Asuria to Sureway. I think they're much better and nicer.

I was so happy with the service I received at Asuria. Kevin was so polite, helpful easy to get along with. Would recommend this service to anyone.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to welcome you to the office. I always felt respected and listened to and they knew the local job market inside out.

The staff at asuria are really helpfully and really friendly especially Trish who is so friendly and kind and helpful and wants to help.

Tessa at Asuria has been super amazing and helpful.
I started a new position as manager, first time for me, and Tessa has been incredible since, so supportive and understanding.

In my experience, from the first day I found that Asuria help me alot and give me an opportunity to do some trainning to build my self confident and help to find work. Very special for my mentor Sherridan who did wonderful job and always there for me if I need help.

Fantastic service overall, my mentor Tiarna Burrell has been amazing, helping me out with petrol vouchers, clothes for job interviews, keeping in regular contact, helped secure me a position in Administration.

Chloe has been an absolute saint while I've been with her at Asuria. She's been able to help me with anything I've needed and has always been supportive with my job seeking efforts.

Sucks she can't be my case manager any more but Sheridan is great too!

Great location in the Centre of town making it easy to ride to my appointments.

I was a bit daunted by being signed up to a new job network agency considering my past interactions with them, but was pleasantly surprised by how good the people at Asuria are. My contact person (shout out to you Elsa!) is more than helpful and understanding. She is great in supporting my upskilling and understands that life can be hectic sometimes. She is always reachable and supportive in so many ways. Can't say enough good things!

Just received a text message from this business saying i have an appointment tomorrow.i assumed it was a scam and left it. Curiosity got me so i goggle the business. I am extremely uncomfortable about how they got my full name and phone number when i have never once contacted them regarding an appointment.

Seriously the worst agency have ever been through. Staff repeatedly getting upset with me when they couldn't contact me, despite informing them of a change of my phone number multiple times. They are incredibly hard to get ahold of, I called over 40 times in one-day only ever getting the answering machine. They cut payments 3 times due to no contact but never have the decency to reply to my missed calls or even answer my calls. Don't recommend at all. I'm trying to change providers.
