Our business has been online for a long time, we’ve been selling products all over the world for years. It came time for us to expand our presence and scale it up, since we’d really only been doing organic promotion all these years.

We started off with Aston simply doing adwords, to get the ball rolling. That worked well for a number of years but then we decided to take the next step and get more happening. We launched social media advertising and content, with Ellen taking care of it all.

That worked well, so we figured we’d also get Ellen to take care of the SEO and Email Marketing for us, which of course she did. I’m guessing she’s not the one actually doing all of this because it’s a lot! But you never actually notice, she just presents it all as one to you, I’ve never had to talk to anyone else.

We’ve seen continual growth, frankly our sales basically continue to be month on month highs, we’ve never really stopped even during COVID. So if you ask me, I’d recommend using Aston to anyone.

I would recommend using Aston Social if you’re looking to do any digital marketing. For us they’ve looked after not only the social media but also a full website build, email marketing and seo. It’s been great to have a full package. Having a single point of contact in Ellen has been great as I never have to worry about going to someone different for different things. I know she isn’t doing all the work but she presents it all in such a way that you never really think about it. It’s been great to know that our digital marketing is being taken care of and that I don’t need to put any effort into it each month.

They’re particularly good at understanding our tone of voice and writing copy/text in exactly the way we wanted, given how picky our foreign management team is.

Thankfully the Aston team isn't like that. They do what they say they’re going to do, they know what makes a difference to rankings and they provide monthly reports that show how our rankings are improving and the traffic increases we’re getting.

The fact that we got a report each month rain hail or shine showing what they’d been doing was a huge win.
