Aston Homes

Unbelievably inconsiderate! Two days in a row of starting construction at a completely unreasonable time in a street full of occupied homes! This morning started VERY loud work at 5am! Thank you for keeping my entire family awake and waking up my baby! Extremely angry.

All I Can Say Is Satisfied!
All I can say about ASTON Homes is that I highly recommend them. From my first contact with their sales representative Tom to seven months later handover with the supervisor Joe, the process and communication was both transparent and seamless. Ever since I stumbled upon them whilst looking for a builder I never looked back, not only were their prices unbeatable for the inclusions they had as standard but also of a high quality and standard that couldn’t be matched.

From the onset, Tom was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful in helping us decide on the final floor plan and went above and beyond in accommodating some tweaks to the floorplan that ensured all our needs were met before finally concluding everything at the Tender drawings stage. This was all while maintaining a quick turnaround to change requests with prompt responses. He even kept in touch thereafter just to check in on how everything was going to ensure all our needs were still being met when he didn’t have to. Thereafter, the colour selection stage was also met with professional staff who guided us through what worked & complimented each other best.

When we got to actual build stage, we were introduced to Joe who held our hand through the rest of the process which was not only quite quick compared to other builders but filled with updates on any minor delays even if it was a day or a week due to unfavourable conditions. Joe also went above and beyond in letting us visit the site under his supervision to see the progress over various stages and also send pictures as the build progressed. Before handover, he took it upon himself to ensure the house was perfect marking up any minor issues as a private inspector would do and ensuring the issues were addressed before handover took place. Even weeks after handover was done, he ensured he kept in touch and endeavoured to address even the most minor issues by chasing up the relevant Tradies to do whatever touch ups we deemed necessary in a timely manner to our ultimate satisfaction. On one occasion, he personally attended to some of the issues which was quite humbling. All I can say is I am very happy with choosing ATSON homes as my builder and highly recommend them to anyone thinking of building their home or investment. I definitely look forward to building with them again in future should the opportunity arise.

This is my second homes built by Aston Homes in 2 years. We did enjoy our built with them and I do have a great experience from Sales rep, Robert, Coordinators, Helen to the house Supervisor, Matthew. This team is marvellous. Of course, Victor is always there to help if needed. I would definitely go with them again for my next house.

Special thanks to Matthew as he did a great job and managed to complete our new home on schedule even under currently tough situation.

Aston is probably the best single storey home builder in Melbourne right now. They built new 4 bed home for my mum in Truganina Mt Atkinson estate started in July 2020 and handover in Nov 2020. Very good value for quality home and built fast no delays. Supervisor and service staff resolved any concerns we had quick fast. Had very very bad disgusting past experience with other volume builders like Metricon and Simonds but Aston puts them to shame. Aston is the gold standard for what every other builder out there should be doing! Definately will build with Aston again in future

I would like to thank Ashton for building a beautiful house fo us. They have great professional team. Would like to thank Enver, Monica and Ernie. Had few issues but got wonderful results at the end. They will be my first priority for next project.

We have enjoyed our built with Aston Homes. From first point of contact of Sales rep, Coordinators, Accounts to the house Supervisor everyone was just remarkable. Aston homes is very proud of their products which we have witnessed in our built. Next built will be Aston Homes again.

Sharing our experience with Aston Homes for those wanting to build their dream home.

We have been to a lot of builders and have weighed the pros and cons of each offer, even have signed a contract with one of the leading builders in VIC. We came across Aston Homes and just by looking at their display homes, we made an on the spot decision to go with them instead!
Not once did we regret it! From the house plan to the inclusions and the price, it was the perfect combo!

The building process was the best part! Building a home is very stressful but the Aston team made it stress free! Any problems or issues we had, they were there to offer all the help they can and help resolve it. Note that they respond very quickly.

We want to express our BIG THANK YOU to the Aston team especially Rob our sales consultant, Josie our client liaison, and Matt our site supervisor!

Amazing. I’ve experienced the most amazing journey with Enver my sales consultant. From the initial meet with Enver he walked me through the display explaining what was included (EVERYTHING) from quality floors including porcelain 300 x 600 tiles, gloss cabinetry & glass splash back in the kitchen. Niche’s in the showers, tiled shower bases, stone bench tops throughout. Landscaping & driveways. Enver walked me through homes currently under construction to show me the real build Quilty. I was able to see exactly what I could choose from on the spot as Aston have the colour showroom at all of the displays. Enver spent an entire day makes all the changes I required and made such fantastic suggestions. I am one happy Customer. Thankyou Aston & most importantly Enver. You have made my Happy Ever After a reality.

At the prebuild stage so far and just want to thank the team for all their help and advice so far.
Robert Briffa, salesman is a thorough gentleman who tells it as it is and is honest and transparent when dealing with potential new clients which is fantastic.
Staff in the office are also great, constantly keep in contact and keep us updated in relation to our file and are very warm and friendly.
We look forward to our journey with Aston Homes continuing and thank you all so far and we wish the company all the best in its future endeavours.

I'm glad I trusted Aston Homes to build my house. Everything looks great and you can tell that the materials they use, as well as their tradie's workmanship are of high standard.

Like all other homebuilders - my journey with Aston is not perfect - there were ups and downs. BUT all the staff that I met have been helpful during those times - my sales mgr, client liaison and construction supervisor.

Again, my house looks great, and I highly recommend them. I think they're a relatively new builder company, but all the staff that I met have been in the industry for years and they're all highly skilled - you can tell from the quality of their finished homes.

Been a supplier of theirs for a while now, they are very good to work with. Cant recommend Steve and his team enough.

We have been involved with many builders over the past few years and the guys at Aston are great to deal with.
