Agree with other reviews here, the whole experience was amazing. From Rudi coming out to go through the options, to Lukas taking extra hard rubbish with him to the tip free of charge. Installation team were really respectful and cleaned up after themselves each day. Then there is the result, we live on a main road with crossing removal works going on nearby. It's made a huge difference to our quality of life! Just go with Astellite and save time looking around.

Astellite supplied and installed uPVC windows and doors in my new build and I couldn't be happier with the product. I've been living in the house for 18 months now and the performance of the frames and glass has exceeded expectations. There is no internal condensation with external temperature differentials and the sound reduction qualities have also been impressive. Thank you Mario and Peter for a job well done.

Hard to explain how happy we are with the result. This is the second time we have converted a house to double glazing so we now have a lot of experience with both the process and the benefits. Our new house had 23 year old aluminium frames with rusted rollers and fittings and with the harsh conditions near the beach, this was the perfect time and place to again go for uPVC windows.

The previous experience with a different uPVC vendor was good, however this time with Rudi and Astellite, the experience was simply amazing.

This was a complex job replacing every door and window (including the front door) including some windows replacing doors and vice-versa. Rudi and the team managed to create a consistent experience, fixing the existing somewhat random window levels and spending time that I don't believe anyone else could have achieved to create the right lines. The whole process is not only about the replacement of the windows, it's also about the whole decor and change to the rooms the windows and doors create. Literally, the place looks completely refreshed inside and out.

The thermal characteristics have improved enormously. In the peak of winter prior to modification, it took 4 hours of heating to get the house warm. After the install, it now takes 15 minutes. As we are now heading closer to summer we have been tested with some warmer days and we are still yet to turn on air conditioning.

My greatest enjoyment in the process is the engagement between the company and the customer. I am old fashioned from the viewpoint that there should be good communication and friendly rapport and Astellite pays off in spades. We have had no problem recommending the team to our friends knowing they will be in good hands.

The reason we like uPVC double glazing is the measurable change to the inside climate, and zero maintenance especially near the salt air. The reason we like Astellite is the absolute attention to detail, positive engagement, and successful outcome.

We planned our work in two phases. The first phase of the project worked out perfectly thanks for the professionalism of Rudi and Sylvia, and their team. Friends visited our place all admired the quality of the work as well as uplifted their impressions towards uPVC windows and doors. We can’t wait to see the magic it will bring to the house when phase 2 completes.

I have had a very positive experience. Thanks Damian for your patience with my many questions. The installation was efficient and messy but was cleaned up afterwards. A couple of small issues were dealt with promptly. A major improvement over my old colonial windows without doubt.

After considering a handful of suppliers, we chose Astellite to replace all 24 windows and external doors on our two storey 25yo Fasham home. Our original western red cedar windows, whilst in good condition, required a lot of upkeep and were poor insulators of temperature and noise – the latter becoming an increasing issue as the density of our inner-city suburb increased. Rudi walked us through the features of the product and was promptly available onsite to measure up where he explained the options. Sylvia was quick with the quotations and revisions as we refined the spec. After paying a deposit, we were kept updated with the expected installation date. Up to six guys in the crew led by Mario worked long hours and the work was completed in the six days as planned. The crew treated the house respectfully and left the house in a clean state at the end of each day. We are delighted with the workmanship and engineering/quality of the product. We chose an oak woodgrain finish and upon sighting, everyone is stunned to hear that the windows frames aren’t timber. European design (tilt & turn) is fantastic with the security offered with multiple latch points and the ease of quickly opening and closing windows. Cleaning upstairs windows is now possible without using a ladder!
Astellite provided both an excellent product and service and deserve 5 stars for both.

After a lot of research and visits to many uPVC window manufacturers, we selected Astellite for their superior joinery finish. Despite the normal reno setbacks, of course nothing is ever perfect in an old house, their team of installers were exceptional and worked through every challenge, discussing how they would overcome them and making sure we were happy, every step of the way. The interactions with the whole team from sales to installations were great and everyone deserves to be recognized for their work. We now have new doors and windows that look fantastic (most people think they are aluminum and timber). The noise proofing is amazing, the look is great and the solid frames seal with a small whoosh as they close. Couldn't be happier with the results.

The replacement of our existing windows with the Astellite uPVC double glazed windows have transformed our house both aesthetically and environmentally. The German engineering and locking systems are first class. They keep out noise, heat and the cold and look fantastic. In addition the costs were reasonable and the customer service in particular from Damian has been absolutely outstanding and any issue has been responded with quickly and efficiently. All in all a very positive experience.

Excellent service and products.
Various appreance are available and I chose oak c coffee for my back yard door.
The most impressive part was the delivery speed. It took less than 8 weeks to see the installation finish.

Dealing with these guys was an absolute pleasure.
I did my research and picked 3 companies so I have something to compare.
I can’t say anything was wrong with the other 2 companies but these pvc profiles were the best quality among them 3.
Mario came at the agreed time and did the initial quote. I received it on the next day.
Mario advised that he has no time to bargain and all these “psychological games”. He respects the client and won’t be blowing price up just for that purpose. I found it really funny as the other quotes were 30-40% higher and salesmen got down to the similar level pretty easily.
Once we agreed on the terms and paid the deposit boys came back for the final measurements. About month later the job was done! Very well done! We are extremely happy with the results! They even repainted the architraves!

We will definitely be recommending these guys to all our family and friends.

Astellite German channel profile windows exceeded my expectations with a fantastic windows opening operations for natural ventilation.

After shopping around for 4 months, talking to all different companies I decided to go with these guys.
I meet sam out at my holiday house to quote me up.
I was very happy with the price and the work started 2 weeks after my quote was given to me.
I must admit, the guys that did the install where nothing but a 10 out of 10, even cleaned up after them self unlike other window companies I have used in the past.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone that's looking for pvc windows.
