Bad service, bad attitude… put my friend’s car for new tyres and the car pulled to the left, when back and the owner (Michael) lost his plug, got very angry…. Started to yell at us even done burnouts in-front of me and my friend…
They driving test it’s not even one kilometre, take it around the block
And then telling you The road are bad as he is
I will never recommend he’s job,
If you want to keep your car safe, don’t even go near them

Not happy got 4 new types of this place started at 11 am to 4 pm. I usually don’t like to review but in that case. Mannnn my god. I have never been in someone business place where the owner was so angry driving my car like a maniac all that just I’ve asked him to fix the problem of the wheel pulling left.he did finally fix the problem! But not nice experience really all that only he was lazy to get the job done as he did eventually! Again 11am to 4 pm

I requested to have my 35" spare tyre flipped (white text to inside). I then had to remove and re-fit the wheel to the vehicle myself in their driveway. I wash charged $50 for what would have taken maybe 5 minutes of labor and $1 in materials, they couldn't even re-fit my original valve cap. They then expected me to pay cash and not provide me with an sales invoice. Customer service was pretty poor and got ripped off. Will not be recommending or returning!

Michael & the team know how to look after their customers! I had them put on 4 new Yokohama tires & could not fault their customer service and pricing! I'll definitely be back for my next set of tires!

Probably the worst customer service ever. They make a mistake, do not apologize, do not try and rectify the situation promptly, are rude and condescending, and then have the audacity to ask for payment to rectify their mistake!

I have been taking my vehicles to and recommending Associated Tyres to my friends for quite a few years now. They really know how to set up the older vehicles front end alignments like HQ-WB and TJ Jeep. Great friendly service. Michael hunted around and got me a really good deal on my Yokohama 33x12.5x15 tyres for the Jeep and they are great just as he said

Very arrogant, lack professionalism. Need tyre to be looked at, FYI the puncture is clearly visible by standing next to it, just needed to know if puncture can be repaired as I wasnt intending to renew the tyre because the tyre is still new. I am willing for a repair. Was told, dont care if its clearly visible, it still needs to jacked and tyre removed and I will be charge for it if. Sounds like a potential rip off to me.

I purchased 4 new Yokohama car tyres last week at a great price. They did an amazing job with the fitting and wheel alignment.

Previous experience was great. Recently, under new management was very dissatisfied. Wheel alignment report was hand written instead of computer print, all manufacture specifications were incorrect, meaning the people there completely incompetent and do not have proper tools.
NOT RECOMMENDED!

Good service. The guys fixed my tyre puncture 10 minutes before closing time on a Saturday. Other tyre shops told me to come back another time.

Today we rang up to get Tyers fitted we had at home.
The customer services was amazing and so helpful and even tho they close at 12 they still fitted us in.
I recommend them very highly and we will be going back.
