Dangerously inept. They bandy our company logo around on their own website as a point of pride, but their pitiful lack of professionalism and poor product has nearly put us out of business. Avoid.

Would love some type of communication from ANYONE in your business.
Using you guys for 12 and a lot of issues are now starting to creep in.

Promise pay is a great solution for taking payment for invoices online. The entire team is super helpful. Ben from sales walked me through the process and made sure that all of our needs were met quickly and efficiently.

We are now looking to use them for a 2nd company we work with. My advice take the hassle out of collecting money online and use PromisePay.

Couldn't recommend these guys highly enough!

They only hold a lowly non cash financial license for au only. They are not bonded and insured globally for Escrow transactions. They do not hold any escrow licenses for america. The license they do hold is intended for low value, under 1000 schemes. If you are outside of Australia, do not use them. Use escrow services that are licensed and bonded and insured.
