I wish Google had a zero-star rating for occasions such as this. Standing at a counter, directly in front of the check out person, for several minutes, with no acknowledgement, whatsoever. Customer must ask if they can please pay for their plants. Always interesting to me when employees find waiting on customers an annoyance. The only interest shown was to ask me if I was a member. Why on earth would I wish to be a member of an organisation that treats me like dirt? No thanks, and sorry I disturbed your staff with my patronage.

Just to follow up, re "Response from the owner. " I provided info requested, and now, two weeks later, ZERO constructive feedback, whatsoever. Evidently, they are still "investigating. " No intention of actually doing anything, or providing any meaningful updates. A form response to make it appear as if they are taking my issue on board. When in fact, they are doing nothing. Clearly demonstrating the total lack of commitment to customer service, as noted in my initial review. A total shocker. Best to avoid.

Can't believe my wife bought a dress, both her & her sister did not get to the nursery to look or buy plants. The shop is so good. Very nice.

We had a delivery of gravel. The delivery driver could not have been more helpful or pleasant. We'll done.

Ok for most things. Some soil is good. Mulch is not. For us it's just convenient. If you want bulk delivery there are better places.

We had a problem with some gravel that was delivered. I’ve read the negative reviews about customer service, but our experience could not have been more different.
Castlemaine manager Matt Sinclair, is a thoroughly decent fellow and could not have been more helpful in sorting things out for us. He went above and beyond to help us out and was always pleasant, responsive and followed through to the end. We could not recommend him more highly, and as Manager of ASQ, one imagines that will flow through to ASQ in general.

The worst customer service imaginable. They don't answer their phones and constantly run out of stock and don't care about their customers because they have no competition at the moment.

Take good note of these reviews - there is a pattern of very poor customer service. Customers on other social media platforms also complain about inferior products. ASQ don’t answer their phones and when you turn up close to closing time after hooking up your trailer and driving 15 minutes with a smile their reply is ‘we don’t care’. Stay away - they behave as though they don't want your business. There are other options at nearby towns.

Ordered two cubic metres. What was delivered was barely over one.

Have to ask.are you purposely trying to rip off people not there to see it loaded, ones you think aren't local, and/or are young therefore think don't know what a metre looks like?
