Aspire Melbourne

Clean rooms with good amenities in the room and within the building itself. Robotic service which is the only let soon. Still within the CBD and far out enough from the hustle bustle to get some good rest.

When I made the reservation, I was worried because there weren't many reviews.
So I'm leaving a review to help others.
Since it was newly cleaned, all the interior fixtures were clean and easy to use.
The location is 5 minutes from the Sky Bus, 3-5 minutes from the tram, close to a mart, and there are many Korean restaurants nearby.
However, employees only work from 9 to 6, so you can only request things you need during these hours.

It was nice to be able to use the pool spa as well.

A $250 deposit was requested upon check-in.

Very nice room. There is soft music when you open the door. It feels as comfortable as coming home. The view is so beautiful that you just want to stay in the room and don’t want to go out~

The room was just absolutly amazing, it's definitly worth a stay if you are looking for a relaxing holiday, or want a nice room to stay in, i got the 1 bedroom apartment, and it did not disappiont, would definitly book again

I was a tenant, charged 2000 cleaning fees when move-out. Sending emails to ask when I can get my bond back, no reply at all. DON’T rent this place you only get ripped off

All 5* for my sweet 7-day stay in Aspire Melbourne. It’s my first time in AU and the accommodation has definitely been home away from home. Very cozy decor, super good location, very friendly and helpful staff (Catherine) and good view - they even got a small balcony
Dont even want to leave the apartment during the stay but I know I had to explore the city as much as possible!

There is a construction outside the building but yes, I can prove all other reviews down here that I could not hear any noise

Definitely recommend this for solo traveller / couples and will choose to stay here again next time im here.

Had a great stay at the Aspire including stunning views from floor 27, a very stylish and modern apartment - thanks to the highly professional and friendly team from the reception. Yes, there are ongoing constructions in the building but these didn‘t have any impact on our experience. Location next to southern close and Queen Victoria market is great

they send to me the picture (the cigarette butt inthe sink) i told to them i never smoke and i never use their sink, then they deducted my deposit directly, never reply my emali again

From start to finish our stay at Aspire Melbourne was wonderful. Building Managers Paul & Sally McRobert were exceptional in assisting us in every aspect of our stay. We highly recommend Aspire & we look forward to coming back in the future. Thank you!

Worst staying in Melbourne.construction around, expensive price and they not gave me back my deposit 250$. Avoid!

Just ignore this place if u wanna have a wonderful holiday with ur family and fris. They just wanna ruin your happiness by taking ur money as they “can”.

Came with family rooms were okay felt like staying in a hospital room smallest family room we had. The reception didn't even communicate with us not friendly or welcoming wasn't the best experience

A fabulous stay in Melbourne! Thoroughly recommend checking out Aspire. The apartment was very well appointed & very clean. We had 4 adults staying and there was plenty of room. The staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. A shout out to Sally who assisted with check in - very helpful and welcoming.

A lovely place to stay and affordable! Friendly staff and wonderful location and accomodation. Even with construction and city noise the glass blocked all sounds and we all slept just fine. Would recommend!

Stayed here for four days, lovely views despite the disgustingly dirty windows. I booked three rooms, one room the air-conditioning hardly worked so the room was sweltering hot which was unfortunate because it was very hot when I stayed. Don't even think about fresh towels because the service is so slow.
Rude Service desk lady only one as there were two women.treated me and my family like we were less felt very unwelcoming and cold but polite to some of the people unsure why. Bathrooms are so small they obviously don't cater to everyone. Overall it was OK.don't think I would come back don't recommend it either stayed at alot nicer places and for a lot less a family room lol what a joke that was

Had a fantastic family holiday at Aspire. The front desk staff were friendly and always helpful. The units are brand new and meticulously clean. The location is second to none with two tram lines within a block and an easy walk to the supermarket and bottle shop. We walked to Marvel Stadium for a BBL game in less than 10 mins. We had some brilliant restaurant recommendations from the staff, some within a block of the hotel. Our unit looked across Flagstaff park so we were treated to a spectacular fireworks display on New Years Eve. We will definitely be back to stay again!

I couldn't fault my stay at Aspire. Sally was incredibly helpful and her local knowledge of Melbourne was very handy! The building was still under construction when we visited but we were not bothered at all by this and didn't hear any noise caused by it. It was so lovely to stay in a brand new apartment and the furnishings were beautiful.

What a wonderful weekend away we have had, a bunch of ladies
celebrating at 60th Birthday. Our accommodation made our little getaway very memorable. We stayed on the upper floors in a 2 bedroom apartment. The views were stunning, the room we could not fault in any way. Best part was our host Sally, what a trooper she was, so attentive and accomodating to all our need.
