Aspire Childcare Cranbourne West

My daughter joined Aspire since she was 6.5 month old. At the beginning, as a first time mom, I was so worried about how my little baby could settle in a new environment with all new faces. I also sent the centre a 2-page handover with all of her information and routines. We were checking quite often, but then, gradually, staff members has been showing their genuine care for my daughter and incredible support for families. I cant say thank you enough for what Rockpools Team has been contributing to my child's learning progress. She absolutely loves the room and the staff, everyday she comes home with her smile on face, she loves to see all of the photos on the daily journal every night as her reflection. I think we made a correct choice for sending my daughter to Aspire Cranbourne West. If anyone needs care for your little ones, I highly recommend Aspire Cranbourne West:)

A very warm and safe environment and ambience for a child to be in. Very caring and supportive educators?

I am delighted to write this review for our child's kindergarten teacher, Ms Era.she possesses a remarkable talent for teaching young minds. Era dedication and passion for her job shine brightly, making her an exemplary educator.

First and foremost, Era creates a warm and nurturing environment that immediately put both students and parents at ease. She fosters a sense of belonging and encourages open communication, ensuring that every child feels valued and heard. This is especially crucial in kindergarten, where many children are experiencing school for the first time.

Era’s teaching methods are nothing short of inspiring. She designs creative and engaging experiences that not only educate but also captivate the young learners. Her ability to adapt to different learning styles ensures that every child has the opportunity to thrive in her classroom.

Furthermore, Era goes above and beyond to ensure that each child's unique needs are met. She offers additional support when necessary and challenges those who excel, creating a dynamic and inclusive learning experience for all.

Beyond academics, Era’s instills important values like kindness, empathy, and respect in her students. She leads by example, teaching them not just what to learn but also how to be good people.

I chose this childcare center based on its high star review. However, we experienced some issues during the some months that my daughter spent there.
Firstly, there was a lack of communication. Although there were many staff members present during the tour or orientation, there was no one at the desk on other days. When I called them, they always asked me to send an email which would be responded to with a delay of 3-4 days. The trainers in the room did not listen to me and did not take note of what I wanted. There were also few attempts to improve this communication.
Secondly, they broke their promises. They promised everything on the first day but did not even follow their daily food menu. Every time I called them to check on my baby, they said she was eating soup, but the menu stated something else.
Thirdly, they did not play or jump with the kids and always tried to keep them silent and seated.
I’m sorry to say that I tried my best to resolve the issues, but I had to change the childcare center. Hope my review helps others.

My son attends Cranbourne West Aspire, and we have been incredibly impressed with the care. The staff are approachable and welcoming, and we always feel like our son is in good hands. The childcare provides a nurturing and supportive environment, and our son has blossomed since starting here. He is excited to learn new things every day, and we are confident that he is receiving a high-quality education. We are particularly looking forward to the kindergarten program next year, which offers a comprehensive curriculum that covers all aspects of early learning. We highly recommend Cranbourne West Aspire to any parents looking for a great school for their child.

In addition to the excellent academic program, Cranbourne West Aspire also offers a variety of extracurricular activities that help our son develop his social and emotional skills. He has made many friends at pre-kinder, and he loves participating in the various incursions and excursions. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful early learning centre for our son.

Educators in the forest room are really amazing. My daughter love the girls in the environment. She feels so secure, comfortable and confident when she enters the room. I’m so grateful to you for your patience, enthusiasm and passion. I really appreciated your hard work! We adore so much and appreciate all your care and commitment. We love Aspire!

I’m very happy with the Blooms team members. My son goes full time in the room, the staff offer a friendly, caring approach to looking after him. The daily activities help to develop his learning as well as discipline. I am very delighted with the team members. The whole team is commendable.

I have given this centre chance after chance only for them to continually lie to me and mistreat my child.
My child has been locked in a suitcase and staff were completely oblivious, my child was left to walk around in soiled underwear because the staff are lazy and negligent. The centre will apologise and then go back to their old ways. Staff constantly bowl children over because they are in a rush. The only reason for all the positive reviews on here is because staff were in your face with QR codes asking to leave positive reviews. I’ve contacted education department many times on this centre, HR don’t care, area manger don’t care.
For the safety of your child please avoid this centre at all costs!
I will continue to share my daughters awful experiences with this centre far and wide! It needs to be avoided.

My daughter is very happy in Bushland kinder. They have very excellent teachers and they put a lot of effort in supporting and educating the kids. They have outstanding outdoor area for kids activities. Everything about Aspire is amazing and Bushland kinder is outstanding.

Our son is in the Rockpools room (0-12 months) and all of the staff are fantastic with him, but a massive special thanks to Hayley, she is an amazing early childhood educator. I would highly recommend anyone with a child that needs daycare to this centre. Even the Administrative team know his name. I'm so glad we take him here.

We have been happy with Aspire childcare centre right from the start. The management/staff there are the greatest to deal with, always there to help and always greeting you with a smile

All of my 3 children went to Aspire Cranbourne West They all very happy to go the childcare. Educators in the room very well engaed with my children. The mangement is amzing always look after us like a family.

We love Aspire Cranbourne West! The staff are beautiful, friendly knowledgeable and personable. Our child has learnt more in the last 6 months here than at our last centre due to the fantastic curriculum. Our only regret is that we didn't transition here earlier.

My daughter is attending Aspire Cranbourne West since she was 3 years old. I couldn’t have been happier with all the love, care and learning she gets from Aspire. My Niece has been attending this centre for almost 2 years and as I have just moved up here from Adelaide, the educators have been so welcoming. Especially the ladies at the front, who will always say hello, regardless of what they are doing for their work and take the time to have a friendly conversation and a laugh. Thank you for everything you do!

Amazing centre! I have my child coming in the centre and she is absolutely loving it! I have gone around and looked at other centres and i would choose any other centre than Aspire cranboure wrst. The staff are all warm and inviting and Archi, Gia and Buddhi are doing absolutely amazing in maintaining the centre and quality.

It is such a great and amazing experience to be a part of the aspire Cranbourne West the set up in the room is so amazing, the activities and programs that they are running in bushland is so thoughtful and helpful for children's moral learning for the life.

My Daughter is so happy and can see learning happening with her through her attitude and behaviour since she started at aspire Cranbourne west.

All the staff has been amazing to us! Very happy with their work since my first started care at 10 months, and now both of mine are attending the centre. My kids love going there and it’s such a good feeling to see them with a big smile at pick up after work!

We are beyond happy we chose aspire Cranbourne west for our family! Everything about aspire is amazing. They provide wonderful prepared nutritional foods, amazing work and involvement in the community and of course outstanding education and structure to the children.
