I highly recommend this childcare center both of my daughters love it as the staff have been very caring and friendly! My older daughter will miss her teachers Cintia, Avneet and mili when she moves to the kinder Room! Im very happy with them as they have helped my daughter come out of her shell.also I’m very.happy with the girls at the front office specially Sarah she has been very helpful with filling up forms, changing days or getting extra days. Once again thank you to all you girls for doing a great job

Highly recommend this centre! Staff are fantastic. Programs are great. Photos daily. Great menu with a lot of variety. Never understaffed. I drop my little one at 630am and they're always already in the room with breakfast available. They're efficient. There's always a few educators in the room no matter the time. We pick up our daughter a different time every day and they are always doing something interesting to keep the kids busy and happy. Kids who are crying are always being consoled by an educator, I've never seen a child crying by themselves. (Which is something I would see daily at our previous childcare). Aspire is a great place.

I have used this centre and luckily pulled my kid out of here and would never recommend this to anyone. Good thing is director has changed now so hoping that would bring some change to the centre but as always, too many staff changes. Lots of communication gap from management to the parents and not enough and clear Information from centre. They let your kid decide if they want to eat or no. My child generally didn’t settle or felt comfortable for her to be able to eat there, educator used to ask her once if she wants to eat or drink milk and she would say no and they didn’t care afterwards. Some educators were good but they would get changed or left the centre.

I had a highly disappointing experience with this childcare center. The staff seemed disinterested in the children's well-being, and the facility was not well-maintained. There were several instances of safety concerns. I cannot recommend this center to any parent seeking quality care for their children.

My Child went to this childcare centre, for three weeks and the director overcharged. Rebekah, the director wouldn't event let us pay it off. (She expected the full amount). When I left she said, you can have your sons jacket back when your child comes back.
After this intecerdent, I didn't want to send my Child back to this childcare centre because I felted abused.
I just wondered, if they made me like that. (The parent) What do they to the children in that centre.
I'm appalled with this behaviour.
Rebekah should be stood down.
Rebekah from wollert childcare centre is a stalker!

Took a tour as I was interested in sending my children here but was extremely turned off by the state of the facility. First thing, the receptionist was wearing tracksuit pants and a puffer jacket. I was taken down to the rooms, there where children wiping snot on windows, drawing on walls all whilst educators where just standing around. Kinder room looked very empty, boring and sad. Clearly unqualified staff, this was most evident when talking to the receptionist, highly uneducated.

Terrible childcare no idea of a proper 3 year old and 4 year old kinder program. No support or understanding of children with special needs. The management and staff really need to look at training for Autistic and children with special needs. I have been teaching for 25 years have never come across uneducated staff on
how to care and understand autism. Educators all need to work on
Their teaching skills, and support children in all aspects of their
Daily needs. From learning experiences to emotional needs. It’s sad to see children come home stressed and depressed because their needs are not understood and meet. Not all children see the world the same and we need to guide them and teach them through everyday life skills. We should not exclude children and place them in the too hard basket. Aspire educators should make a point of having special aids in place to support children and guide them teach every day skills and social skills. Children are all different and should be helped according to their individual needs to

Feeling sad from this experience.

I know aspire is a franchise and let’s face it. It’s all about the profit.
Enzo is my husband and Matteo grandfather. He did leave his details when he rang you and stated who he was and what the call was about. You could have had the courtesy to ring him back.
Not to worry now we are all sorted with the Victorian education department. Enjoy.
How strange that just today in the last 40 minutes reviews have been written and 5 stars have been given. I know they are false reviews and they have been made by parents who have been
Approached due to the very low star
rating you really have. Stop with the false reviews and get better training for your staff you can’t hide the truth. Your not working towards any goals but hiding the truth. Stop and be honest for a change. You have seriously had a negative impact on my grandson. It has impacted on the whole family.

So unhappy with this childcare centre. My son came home from the childcare with a poo in his nappy.
I picked him up one day and he was so traumatised, it took my husband and I, 2 hrs to settle him.
REBECCA the director, also took things from our child's bag and gave us a big bill and suspended our child until we could pay it.
She wouldn't let us pay it off either.
If you need a childcare centre, maybe you should think twice about this nasty childcare centre.

I have never come across such unprofessionally management.
Educators are uneducated the centre is all smoke and mirrors.
Looks great but no proper planning is done for the children.
And God help you if you have a special needs child who needs extra help. The director needs to be replaced has no idea on how to run this centre. Mum’s and dads beware before you sign your child to this centre. The reception is never manned if you have questions. Your phone calls will go unanswered. No such thing as returning your call if you have any concerns.
Stay away from this place.

Being a first time mum and returning to work when bubs was only 4 months old, naturally I was feeling a mixture of emotions. The mum guilt is so unreal, and I felt a little apprehensive leaving him in someone else's care. But.my son absolutely LOVES going to childcare. Honestly, the staff are so caring, understanding, trustworthy, and friendly. I would like to give a special shout out in particular to the early educators that look after my bubs (you know who you are). Whenever I drop off or pick up my son, everyone is always so friendly. This includes the centre director, administrative staff, and other educators. You ladies do not get enough appreciation for the hard work that you do. So please accept my sincere thanks. Excited about watching my son's development grow even more under your care.

If you have a child with ASD and/or ADHD then stay away from this centre. I had a meeting with the director before my son started kinder and they told me they would get him an aid and autism resources in the classroom to help him.but the aid or the resources never happened. My son got bullied by the kids in his classroom and the educators did nothing and told me that he gets bullied because he plays too rough (this is why he needed an aid for support). It got so bad that he would be bullied in front of me when we walked into the room and the staff did nothing. Today was the last straw when I walked out and watched my son through the window and saw my son hyperventilating in a corner by himself with no educator bothering to comfort him! My son is so anxious he is now scared to go out and we are seeking help from a child psychiatrist for his anxiety. He has lost all confidence in himself and cant sleep at night. He has become aggressive and sad and doesn't enjoy the things he used to. Because of the stress from the last few months he has developed a swearing tic which the educator actually told him off about and he came home crying because he said he cant help it and didn't understand why he got told off. The educators know nothing about autism and adhd and they have no idea how to support and communicate with special needs kids. The director promises things and then never delivers her promises. This place is not inclusive and the staff turnover is so high there is a new educator everyday! Something is very wrong at this place! I once saw an educator in a room with 25 kids on their own.this is actually illegal. Stay away!

Very high staff turnover. There is a different educator every week so your child never gets used to their educators and is constantly anxious. The kinder program is pretty basic. I've picked my son up a few times and there's been only one staff member with 25 kids and they were not supervised properly. The teachers know nothing about special needs children and don't bother to provide resources and support for special needs kids like my child. One educator told me they don't believe in autism and that my son is just naughty because he is an only child. I was mortified! Aspire is not an inclusive place and it's definitely not safe for your child. My son was bullied by a group of the kids under their supervision and they blamed my son and said he gets bullied because of his behaviour as if being autistic is a crime! Nobody should be bullied for being different. I don't even know how this place is allowed to be open and looking after children. The director is always lying about giving support and resources for kids but then she does nothing. They don't even give you academic reports for the kinder program so you don't even know what your child has learnt!

Such an amazing child care centre with fantastic staff. The educators are so attentive and caring towards the kids. My daughter’s language and motor skills have dramatically improved since she started. She’s also loved the incursions they host; the soccer joeys is her favourite! Highly recommend!

Hi Everyone, this childcare is very unprofessional. Always no one on reception & Internet never work. Even singing in & signing out also not working from many days. Staff keep changing. Notes which they are updating on system is just 1-2 lines, very unprofessional. Nice location but unfortunately not managed properly. You drop your happy child in the morning & pickup your child in sad/upset mood.
