Aspire Childcare Centre - Deanside

We have been following up to get our credit back more than two months now for my little one who has never been to attend any class after her orientation. They are all giving us different time frames to (fortnight & in a month) to get the refund. I am glad my daughter is not a part of Aspire.

My daughter always comes home in a great mood and always says that she is looking forward to kindy tomorrow. Great centre!

From the moment I walked in for a tour I instantly felt at ease. The Centre Director and Educators greeted my daughter and myself with big smiles and made us feel so welcome. I had a hard time getting my daughter to leave during her orientations and whenever it is time go home she never wants to leave.
My daughter had been attending the centre for about a month and I loved the atmosphere and her Educators so much that I applied for a job myself. I can honestly say it was the best decision I made. I've been there a while now and my daughter wakes up every morning asking if it is a kindy day because she's so excited to go.

We are very happy with service. Our daughter, Sophia loves the facility. She has made new friends and shows fast improvement in all essential early age skills.

The facility is also new and has all the safety measures in place. Most importantly, we are highly satisfied with Sophia’s Educators and all other staff in general. Hence, we don’t mind travelling a bit longer distance as long as our daughter gets quality childcare service.

Highly recommended to all parents who are passionate about their kids early learning.

Went and applied did all paper work then had my orientation for my child, wasn't happy at all wouldn't leave my child there and management very demanding and rude and then they said I would get my refund bond back I signed papers and have never received my bond back very disappointed

Highly recommended! A loving and caring centre that feels like a second family, a home away from home. The Educators kimmi and Andrea are really helpful and friendly which makes me feel happy to leave my chid in their care. Specially Thanks to Mel she is very kind heart and well professional.she helping a lot us. I feel blessed I am the part of deanside Center. Once again highly recommend

I moved from New Zealand to Deanside and found out that Melani, who worked at a childcare center in my old town, now works here. She has been removed from that center for inappropriate handling/using of children's and family's privacy data. If you love your child run away from this place.

Since bringing my son to this centre i can honestly say that Danica and Maddy have been the best Kinder teachers i have ever come across. They show passion, hard work and love to the children each and everyday. Everyone I’ve come across are so nice and I can see the dedication the team bring. Mel and Hansi have been amazing too!

The centre being new is a bonus. I have seen so many great resources and the outside play area is amazing for the children. My son loves to be outside and enjoys everything this centre has to offer. He especially loves sport classes with Little Sports Heroes and art classes with Sketchroo. I also like the fact that there are security cameras around too.

I personally would recommend families to this centre and to see for yourself how awesome this place is

My son was in the centre for two weeks, I went to pick him up one day and seen an educator drag him by his arm and forcefully make him go play outside!
He was removed straight away.

Excellent Childcare Experience at Aspire Deanside

I would like to express my utmost satisfaction with Aspire Deanside Childcare and the exceptional support provided by the center's manager, Mel. As a working parent, finding a reliable and nurturing childcare facility was of utmost importance to me, and I am pleased to say that Aspire Deanside exceeded my expectations.

Mel, the manager, played a pivotal role in ensuring that my transition back to work was smooth and stress-free. She was always approachable, understanding, and supportive, addressing any concerns or queries I had promptly and efficiently. Her dedication and commitment to creating a positive environment for both parents and children are truly commendable.

My child was enrolled in Room 3, and I am incredibly grateful for the care and attention provided by the teachers, including Sumeet, Sharna, and the other staff members whose names escape me at the moment. They created a nurturing and safe space for my child, fostering their development and growth. It was heartwarming to see the genuine care and affection they showed towards all the children in their care.

At Aspire Deanside, I witnessed a well-structured and engaging curriculum that catered to the individual needs of each child. The facility itself was clean, organized, and equipped with age-appropriate resources and play areas, ensuring a stimulating environment for the little ones.

The center looked beautiful and great, enrolled my son even before the center was even opened. Poor Management from the center manager. I waited so long and was patient enough with their change in opening date. But they so tight with time frames and received a invoice straight after. We didn't even have a tour or orientations. When called to ask what was going on the center manager was extremely rude, arrogant and annoying. She is not supposed to be talking to a parent in such a manner. I do not feel safe to leave my child in a place managed by a rude manager. Tried Calling the head office, there was no apology so whatsoever and they are willing to refund the bond money back. They claim its a change of mind, but their rude employee forced me to change my mind and now I am left with no childcare option for my son, as I had this center as my only option. I was told the area manager will call me, and I am still waiting for the call. No friendly service at all. If they are this rude to the parent, imagine how rude they will be with the staff, which in turn will pressurize them and they loose interest in their job or they show it on the kids.

Aspire should focus on how to deal with customers. Daycare is a place where I am entrusting someone whom have never met in life to care for my kid and this is how they make the parents feel unsafe.

I hope at least they get back to me, if at all they see this review.

Totally ruined my day and now I am clueless of where to take my kid.
