Excellent and kind staff. Cannot appreciate enough the programs and activities the kids are put through in this amazing place. Highly recommend this place.

My daughters have been attending Aspire for 2 and 3 years now.

They love the friendly staff and the wider curriculum that helps to engage and expand their learning!

The educators and centre management go above and beyond for all families and children. I have had only positive experiences at this centre. The staff are all supportive and happy to help with any needs of the children and families. They also hold fantastic events at the centre which brings the community together.

Having to go to work is so much easier when I can be confident that my little girl is happy, safe, and above all are learning so many new and exciting things every day. Communication from the centre is excellent, the daily routine updates and photos are some highlights. Thank you much all the nursery hub educators for looking after my little one!

Highly recommended Aspire Berwick Waters. Both our kids 5 yo and 1.5 yo go here after we relocated to Cranbourne North. And what it initially started off as. 3 days/week for our kids we've now made all 5 days/ week because we do not want our kids to miss out on the activities, fun and learning that happens every day. What makes this place stand out compared to the previous one we were sending our kids to is the amazing friendly and caring staff and all the events that keep happening here every now and then - be it the incursions, excursions, winter movie nights, mother's day event, parent teacher meetings, sessions from the nearby schools, school visits and the list goes on! And, not to miss, the amazing chef at this place - prepares the best food ever! Only wish we could have sent our 5 yo earlier here:)

Aspire Berwick waters is doing an amazing job with educating children. The team is so professional, efficient, and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this center if you really want a happy surrounding and supportive.

Such lovely staff that really care about the children they look after. Our two sons who attend Aspire, always seem like they’ve had a such a great day every time I pick them up. I highly recommend Aspire to any parents looking for amazing childcare.

Never recommend this place. My kid had nail marks on her back.so rude 3-year kinder staff.

Neel was quite informative and helpful in providing. Insight on my sons developmental progress. Her approach and communication is professional and re-assuring that my sons are being well looked after in this critical developmental stage

My daughter has been going here since she was 11 months old. Lately there have been 2 separate incidents involving the same educator (Dilini). First incident we caught here yelling at kids (this was straight after we were allowed to pick up the children again after lockdowns were eased.

Next was a little while later when we picked her up and unprompted she told us that Dilini grabbed her by her elbow and that it hurt (she is 3 going on 4). We've never had an issue with any of the educators before.

We spoke with the head educator (Sarah) both times, first time nothing except some supposed retraining was done because "the cameras didnt capture anything and the cameras don't capture sound".

Next time Sarah once again supposedly looked at the camera footage and once again the footage was inconclusive. After some back and forth Sarah seemed to side with the educator instead of the child and refused to do anything, including removing the educator from the room.

During this time we had to do a lot of chasing up to get any type of information. While it seemed like they were trying to avoid us because it put them in an awkward position.

Seemed like they were happy to lose a child because obviously it's hard to find spots a child care so it will be filled anyway. So it seems like educators can get away with possibilities abusing children because there is an educator shortage while no shortage of children.

When we went back inside to talk with Sarah the second time, my daughter was more than willing to run back to Dilini to tell her "Stop Dilini, I don't like that" now that she had myself and her mother to back her up.

Sarah witnessed this entire exchange as well and even after seemingly that STILL chosen to believe the educator over our 3 year old.

This is a seriously worrying incident as I can only imagine how many more children who get this type of treatment and dont know enough or are scared to tell their parents this happens to at the hands of this educator.

We have had nothing but positive experiences with the team at Aspire. Sarah and Lily are always smiling and friendly when you walk in and the educators share a special bond with our kids. We love Aspire!

The educators and staff are fantastic and very caring. From the first enquiry and tour of the centre, I was given great information and made to feel very welcome. My daughter now loves going and she’s developed so much! The educators treat your child as if they were their own. Communication is excellent and they are always very responsive. We love the team and the centre!

My child is attending 3 year older kindergarten. He always says "This is the best school in the whole wide world". His words says all to me and so happy for the relationship he have with the teaching team and centre managers. Thank you everyone.

My daughter attends to Aspire Berwick waters centre and she loves going there. The educators and both directors being so nice and genuine whenever we need any clarification. They have a very welcoming environment and very tasteful food which my daughter loves eating. They are running a educational program which my child learn new things everyday. Highly recommend this childcare to any other parent who are looking for real caring environment for their children.

Absolutely love Aspire Berwick Waters! My daughter has been attending since the beginning of the year and she loves it. I only wish I had heard about them earlier than the start of the year.

Even throughout lockdown they were still so very supportive and engaged with a lot of the children that couldn’t attend the childcare itself. They held zoom sessions, sausage sizzles, drive through breakfast, wine nights for parents and much more.

It over all is a really great centre. I would definitely recommend!
