Dr Sultana is a wonderful doctor who really cares a lot about her patients, I am one of the lucky ones.

The 5star I have given is for the 11 month of year expect the last month of year and first month of new year, as its very hard to get emergence APPIONTMENTS not many doctors on duty.

Been a patient of Aspendale Gardens for many years, I have always received the best care, best attention from my doctor, and the staff are friendly. 5 *****

The reception staff are always very friendly & efficient. I have seen a few different doctors at this clinic and have been very satisfied with their personable and professional medical service. I have to wait for my booked appointment time on the odd occasion only. The waiting room is comfortable, parking always available, the service gap fee very affordable. At times my doctor had bulk billed me at her discretion. Having the pathology in the same building is very convenient and the psychologist and other service providers eg skin checks. I have been attending this clinic for some years and it has been consistently providing a high standard of medical service and I have often recommended my friends to this clinic.

The appointment was on time and the doctor was thorough. Receptionists are all really friendly and helpful.

Dr. Nicola is a very good and caring doctor. Have been going to him for years. Highly recommend him.

I am a new patient to this clinic and I saw Dr Ben Bourke who was willing to listen to me. Very impressed on my first visit.

Always a good time to be had by all at Aspendale Gardens Medical Centre. Lovely staff and reliable, caring attention.

I had an appointment (very consciously) first thing Monday 7/3 8.30am……I had seen a Dr. Miao walking around (who I was supposed to see). Just before 9am I had to ask the receptionist I had a work meeting at 9.30 so needed to be out by 9.10. When I finally got into his office not a word or apology. Why have an appointment system, let alone being the first patient of the day if you can’t be bothered to adhere to it. Patients are just like normal people and have jobs and a life as well and may not have lots of spare time to sit in a waiting room. Not impressed and no appetite to see this doc again in the centre.

After nearly 27 years of coming to the centre, I have to say the Doctors (Nick and Ben) are great people and care for their patients. I highly recommend them. Thanks

Having my prescriptions sent to my phone was so easy never used this service before and when you haven’t got time it is so quick

Have had nothing but great experiences at this clinic. Professional, thorough, friendly Doctors, Nurses, lab and admin staff. I travel out of my local area to attend this clinic. Highly recommend.

Great medical centre, friendly and helpful staff and very good doctors. Also has in house pathology which is helpful. Generally appointments run on time too.
