Aspect windows were referred to me but a friend. I had them come to my house suggest ideas and submit a quote. They have been extremely professional in all my discussions. Windows were delivered on time and i had a phone call the day prior to delivery and day of delivery. Amazing communication. The windows were delivered and my builder installed the same day and said they are the best quality timber windows he has ever seen. You pay for what you get. Service and quality is outstanding and i can recommend Aspect windows. Extremely satisfied customer.:)

We built a home recently and wanted to replicate the timber windows of the old home to the new home with a view to keeping in line with the street appeal. We had the pleasure of dealing with Peter who was honest, listened to our concerns and expectations and timely delivered a competitively priced product that surpassed all of our expectations. My husband and I were gutted after a costly renovation, to find that the Aspect Windows installer (s) had a lapse in concentration when installing our 6 panel bi fold doors and didn’t think to install 2 sill stops! Our site supervisor overseeing the installation must have also had a lapse in concentration on the day also, as he didn’t pick up on it either and also failed to express concern that some of the doors were not level (half a cm variance) at the bottom compared with the others. Even the owner the building company more or less dismissed me, after last August I had expressed my concern for the amount of draft (middle of winter) that was coming through underneath the doors! At the time his answer to me were ‘draft stoppers’! Which I ended up purchasing! It was only after we noticed rain overflow entering the inside of our home that we addressed this serious issue with our builder - worth noting there were no apologies for this oversight. As a result Aspect were contacted and sill stops were installed last Saturday finally. We appreciated one of the owners of Aspect dropping by to oversee the work whilst his worker installed the sill stops – Thank You. As one of the other reviewers mentioned, when renovating it’s always best to make the time to inspect the product that is going to be supplied in your builder if possible!

I ordered some casement timber windows from Aspect Windows last month and quite simply was blown away with their service. They took half the time that other companies quoted and also helped me out with installation. The new windows and entrance to our house are amazing - worth every cent we paid.

I was super impressed with the quality, the service and the price. Nothing was too much hassle. In a time when we seem to complain a lot about the companies, it is pleasing to recommend a service that is truly first rate.

You get what you pay for. Poor design= the worst sealing doors made. Look around at displays first!

Aspect windows need to address the issues with water leaks with their windows. Almost all our new windows installed have issues with water problems. There must be a quality issue with sealing during manufacturing process. Avoid.

Used to deal with this company, but have tried for weeks now to get a quote for one window, sadly to no avail! Going elsewhere!
