Karen is amazing! I recently moved to Melbourne and I registered with about 10 different recruitment companies and Aspect Personel were the only ones to help me continuesley until I found a job that I got through Karen. Not to mention the role I got was more money then I had hoped for:)

Had a bad experience with this agency, I met with Karen who was extremely useful as I'd only just arrived in Australia and the advice was really appreciated. She let me know she had a marketing job for a few weeks and they wanted to interview me, communication was great and she called a few times to confirm interviews etc. Unfortunately the evening before the interview (which was at 9am the next day) I got a text message (not a phone call despite phone calls being the only way of communication beforehand) advising me the interview is cancelled and she wasn't sure why but she will try and find out and let me know after the weekend. I never heard from her again despite sending an email to follow up. I didn't mind the interview had been called off, I have worked in recruitment before and understand its a common occurrence but its definitely not fair to just never contact me again and ignore me when I tried to get in touch. It's frustrating how communication is fantastic until they suddenly don't need you anymore, disappointing

Having just moved back to Australia, I was feeling pretty disheartened in my job search back on home soil after so many years overseas, but on my first meeting in their (amazing) offices, Karen put me at ease straight away and boosted my confidence.

Communication is always consistent, and the jobs I was sent up for, were posts I was genuinely interested in; nothing that was "just a job" but a post I could be passionate about. Sara was brilliant in helping negotiate suitable terms when I was offered a post and as a result I am now working in a position that I could not be happier to be in.
