Highly recommend ASOT. Ben did an amazing job on new front door instal - efficient, tidy not to mention A1 customer service. Will def use again.

I used ASOT Property Services to erect a small covered area in my backyard along with some general repair works around the existing shed - new door/removal of shrubs etc. The workmanship of Ben and his team is to the highest of standards with all work being completed in a timely manner and for a very reasonable price. I'll definitely be using them again for any handyman work around the house and would highly recommend their services.

We had Ben and Andrew do some repairs to a rental property we are living in. These guys are great to work with. The communication, friendliness and professionalism was awesome from start to finish. While it's not our house they did the repairs to, it was a great demonstration of their work and I will definitely have them in front of mind when we move into our own home in a couple of months and we inevitably have repairs/maintenance to carry out

Had Ben quote up a fence / gate replacement and new concrete path. The old gate was wrecked and the pavers looked messy, job was in Highett.

The price was competitive, ensuring what I was after was understood (locking mechanism / opening style, height etc.) I asked Ben to go ahead.

Completed the works a couple of weeks later and it looks great - have a look at the before and after pictures - I said I will paint it myself! Ultimate handyman to fix / repair / and build anything!

I had Ben and Andrew install and paint new front door (with all fittings organised by Ben). I also had them replace/repair rotten fascia & weatherboards. I would use them again for any home maintenance / carpentry work. Tidy, friendly and skilled. Great job guys.especially happy with my new front door!

Great handyman service, highly recommend! Ben came out to our house in Highett and went through all the works to provide a detailed quote. We had a few random jobs (installing a timber headboard, side gate, fixing door handle, creating some roof storage space in the garage) and he was happy to do them all. Great quality work and super efficient. Will definitely use again.

Ben came recommended by our very good Painter. He turned out to be hard working and skilled. He completed the rotting window repairs, then when I asked him if he knew someone to rebuild a small brick wall, he did it himself. ASOT means All sorts of things. He certainly does them well.

Ben and Andrew did a great job to wall mount our dryer in our rental in Cheltenham after our landlord asked us to have it done professionally by a handyman.
Friendly, great value, and cleaned up properly when the job was done. I'd reccomend him to anyone needing property services, repairs, or something fixed up around the house. As an added bonus, he was very nice to our cat.
